Had a really good experience with floor coverings international. We had our basement floor finished with Tera cotta tiles and the tech who did it, Vitali, was amazing, worked incredibly hard and did a fantastic job. Looks amazing and highly recommend this company and Vitali in particular.

I had new carpeting and hardwood installed, and the entire team was responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Everyone took extra time to make sure all the details were correct and all the issues resolved. I’m really impressed with their care and work ethic! One thing that could be improved is better upfront communication on additional fixes, as a few issues came up later that could have been addressed earlier. Overall, great job with minor room for improvement.

Worked with Vitalli and he was knowledgeable and flexible. The installer for the hardwood was Andray and he did a beautiful job. Kevyn for carpeting was cheerful- and they remained cheerful even though they worked long hours to get the job done. Very happy with my new floors!

I now have new, beautiful bathroom floors installed with truly impressive craftsmanship. David Lee was friendly and super supportive. I really loved the traveling showroom. The showroom came to me instead of the other around which was so convenient! Friendly, professional, supportive, outstanding craftsmanship. I just love looking at my new floors. I highly recommend David Lee and Floor Coverings International. Well beyond satisfied!!! I don't think five stars is enough!
