Had new carpet installed about three months ago and they did a great job! I wish a few more spots had been leveled, but otherwise I’d say it’s perfect. They were super helpful picking out carpet and a pad that met our needs and budget, too.

I replaced my carpet with LVP and redid the carpet on my stairs. They did a GREAT job at a reasonable price. People were very friendly and straight forward about pricing and various options. It's an old house. So nothing is easy - but these guys were phenomenal at dealing with any surprises. Highly recommended!!

FCI was great to work with overall. I wanted to update the bedroom carpet and they gave me a fair price and we love the carpet now. To be transparent we had issues with delivery the first time which was annoying, but the company worked with us to figure out a fair solution and the mistake didn't repeat itself. They've updated their processes so others don't get caught out like we did so all is well that ends well. The carpet looks great, the install was done in a timely manner, the crew who did the install was great, and everyone on the sales and operations side was helped us figure out density/color/types and gave us samples to test.

FCI did a fantastic job with a complicated job - two bounded stair runners. We looked at several places to install stair runners and did not have much confidence we could do it well until we talked with the team at FCI. End result looks great and Mark and team were a pleasure to work with.

I am really happy with my new floors! The work was done in 2 days. I had them remove the tile in my entryway and it looks so much brighter! Mark and his staff were so patient and helpful with picking out the color and type(Laminate). Several other units in our condo building have used this service and I definitely would recommend them. We needed a small, covered outdoor deck retiled on an upper floor. Floor Covering International was clear, straightforward and simple to work with. The finished deck is beautiful and I deeply appreciate the fine finish! Everything is neat and tightly, all the lines are straight as an arrow and it just looks GREAT! The level of craftsmanship provided was an unexpected delight for such a small job.

I selected FCI from a list of top contractors in the region. The team has done a great job replacing all stairs in my townhouse from carpet to hardwood. I was under a tight deadline and wanted everything done before my move-in date. FCI team was able to complete three floors of stairs in 3 days with great quality. The cost is very competitive in the market with the same level of good quality.

These folks were amazing to deal with. The initial walkthrough was quick and painless. The quoting process was easy too. We had a tight turnaround time so they directed us to the locally stocked products. Once it came to installation, that too was amazing. They were in and out and the final product looks great.

Local flooring company with personal service. They came to my house, brought samples, measured and we managed the whole thing without going to a store. It was convenient and fun! The carpet installation was professional and looks fantastic. I’m so grateful for the service and the beautiful flooring.
