I have to say, Mark provided top-notch service from the onsite estimate. He arrived with several carpet and pad samples that best fit my needs after hearing that I have pets and babies. He carefully explained the pros and cons of each carpet, how to clean the carpet efficiently and I truly learned a lot from him. He also took the time to address a potential stair issue that had bothered me for so long. If possible, I am going to give FCI 10 stars! I highly recommend Mark and his company to everyone, and I believe you would have the same level professional service and product as I had.

Floor Coverings handled 2 big jobs beautifully at my house. They replaced my wall to wall carpet. The new carpet went in quickly and looks perfect. They also replaced the tile floor in my bathroom, put in a walk in shower and tiled the wall. They were so easy to work with. They listened to all my requests and made adjustments as needed. I got exactly what I wanted. I recommend them highly.

Mark and Roger provided exceptional and extraordinarily fast customer service. They helped select the right type and color of carpet for our house and had it ordered and installed within 2 weeks. The install team, led by David, was also exceptional. The install was complete in one long day. They were very careful with our freshly painted walls. Quite importantly, moving the furniture was part of the package. Other flooring places told us they absolutely never move any furniture, which is hard to imagine if you want to sell carpet. We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International and are very happy to have used a locally-owned business.
