I selected FCI from a list of top contractors in the region. The team has done a great job replacing all stairs in my townhouse from carpet to hardwood. I was under a tight deadline and wanted everything done before my move-in date. FCI team was able to complete three floors of stairs in 3 days with great quality. The cost is very competitive in the market with the same level of good quality.

These folks were amazing to deal with. The initial walkthrough was quick and painless. The quoting process was easy too. We had a tight turnaround time so they directed us to the locally stocked products. Once it came to installation, that too was amazing. They were in and out and the final product looks great.

I worked on this project as a subcontracted contractor (re-subcontracted) and felt obligated to warn other clients and professionals in the industry. Andréia's company signs contracts directly with clients through Google and other platforms, but the work is not carried out by their own team, being passed on to third parties. This resulted in a lack of quality control, excessive delays, and serious communication problems, leading to a police report being filed, as promised, not to mention the theft that occurred inside the client's house in Bellevue. In the project I worked on, the material specified and expected was Sherwin-Williams Cashmere paint, but during execution, a different, lower-quality paint line (Promar 200) was used. This difference was not clearly communicated, creating a real risk of the client believing they are receiving a superior product when, in practice, they are not. The project, which involved only two bathrooms, took more than two months, something completely outside the expected technical standard for this type of service. The lack of organization and alignment made the work environment unsustainable, which is why I chose to end any professional involvement with the company. This entire situation is documented, including communications, photos, and evidence, which have been duly reported. Even so, no effective correction has been made, including the direct insults from Andréia, using derogatory words and calling the contractor an idiot for asking about something she herself had agreed to, showing a lack of respect and moral principles. This review is not emotional--it's a warning. Clients who value transparency, real quality, and control over what is being applied to their home should ask very carefully: * who is actually performing the service * what materials are being used * and if what is being charged is exactly what will be delivered

Local flooring company with personal service. They came to my house, brought samples, measured and we managed the whole thing without going to a store. It was convenient and fun! The carpet installation was professional and looks fantastic. I’m so grateful for the service and the beautiful flooring.

It took my husband and I so long to decide on what type of kitchen floor covering we wanted but once we did Mark, Vladic and Andre made purchase and install super easy. They spell out their process and stick yo it. Andre did a super job installing the floor. It all looks very professional. Thanks to the whole team.

I was walking by their store on Stone Way in Seattle, and it said no appointment necessary. I was immediately assisted in their showroom. After showing me tile samples, this was followed by a consultation two days later at our home The tile and grout colors were picked. Tile arrived by mid December and was installed within 3 days after Christmas. Their tile person is a master of his craft. We are absolutely delighted with the new look of our kitchen. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

Floor covering international in Seattle base has helped me with my commercial project I didn’t expect much as I found them through Angie’s list (usually residential work contractors) but they outperformed my expectations and very happy how it turned out. I will recommend to all my GC friends.
