After meeting with a few contractors for estimates on reflooring my basement, it was clear they are the best choice available in the Seattle area. Very impressed with their customer service and professionalism, providing options and solutions that other contractors didn't suggest/consider, a flooring product available (wonderful for basements and uneven subfloors), in addition to the attention to detail during the final walk through. Highly recommend, they are a family owned business that really cares about the overall experience of the customer and ensuring the quality of the work that they do. I’ve used Flour Coverings International for several jobs this past year and I’ve had a great experience every time. They are easy to work with, good communicators, punctual, and do an absolutely stellar job. I wanted custom tile for a bathroom and asked them to match the older oak flooring in the rest of the house. They made it easy and my floors look amazing!

We had previously used Floor Coverings International for a challenging floor project and they had provided amazing service in helping us choose the right product, and they overcame challenges with the install. Then we recently had an appliance water leak and once again Mark and his team provided quick response, and were able to remove the damaged floor and replace with the same product in a very quick turnaround. Again the installation team were friendly, on time, respect our property and worked quickly and efficiently. I would not hestitate to use them again. Their follow up customer service is also a big bonus - most companies no longer do that.

I recently completed a project to convert our family room into a home office and decided to upgrade the flooring to hardwood. Overall, I am very satisfied with both the quality of the work and the kindness of the staff. The estimator, Vitalii, was polite, friendly, and highly professional throughout the entire process. The installer, Maks, also did an excellent job. I truly appreciated that he stayed late to ensure the project was completed in one day, just as promised.

Had a really good experience with floor coverings international. We had our basement floor finished with Tera cotta tiles and the tech who did it, Vitali, was amazing, worked incredibly hard and did a fantastic job. Looks amazing and highly recommend this company and Vitali in particular.

Really happy with how the floor installation turned out—it looks great and the quality of work shows. The team was professional and detail-oriented throughout. One thing that could be improved is better upfront communication on additional fixes, as a few issues came up later that could have been addressed earlier. Overall, great job with minor room for improvement.
