I really appreciate Anthony Cross for his great advice without any hard sell. Anthony visited our home to check on an issue with the flooring and after a thorough inspection provided us with some great recommendations and never once trying to pressure or hard sell.

We had a job taking out an old carpet in two small rooms and putting hardwood to match the adjacent kitchen and living room- we had a great experience with Nick and his guys from Floor covering International in Redmond - from the initial consultation to the end of project! their quote was detailed and clear, the price was middle ground but we definitely got our money’s worth! The lady in their Redmond office who help us with the stain color was helpful and very nice, the guys who came to do the job were on time, very hard working and professional ! You could tell from the way they approached the job that they loved what they did and took pride in doing a great job! they came through on all the finishes at the end, and were done a day earlier than planned ! They were also very careful in how they moved our furniture out and we had no issues! I highly recommend Nick and his guys!

I love the kitchen and my new stairwell! Nick and his team are amazing. They installed flooring in kitchen and stairwell. Nick shows great attention to detail, listens to your concerns and works collaboratively with you. I couldn't be happier. I am very pleased to recommend Floor Coverings International of Redmond to anyone in search of flooring services. We had a complete carpet removal and installation upstairs, hardwood repairs in kitchen and linoleum replaced with luxury vinyl tiles in laundry room. We enjoyed working with everyone we dealt with from the owner down to each professional laborer involved and we are very happy with the outcome. I met with everyone involved in the project and commend their responsiveness and quality of service. I cannot speak highly enough of the Office Manager, Mary-Ann the person responsible for coordinating the entire project. Mary-Ann is knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. Floors look beautiful. Carpet is great quality. Impressed that the price included all new upgraded and painted/caulked baseboards. Work was done on time. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend this company. They were a pleasure to work with.
