We reached out to Floor Coverings International to replace the carpet on our 2nd floor with hardwood floors. Mark, Vitali and the team were very responsive and quickly gave us a quote. The quote was mid-range: not too cheap but also not super expensive. They were able to quickly complete the job within three weeks (on schedule) and even covered a cleaning we had to as our minisplit ingested the saw dust from the flooring. The new floor looks great and the final price was equal to what they quoted us at the beginning. While I would have preferred that they were more careful about the minisplit (maybe our experience will be a good lesson for the future), I was pleasantly surprised that they were open to covering the cost for getting it cleaned. Would recommend!

We couldn’t have asked for a better flooring experience! Working with the owner Mark, along with his reps and install crew, was a surprisingly refreshing home-improvement project. After an unfortunate water intrusion event in our kitchen, Mark was able to pin-point the exact type of hardwood flooring we needed for the repair (after being told by other companies that the flooring was discontinued). His team patched and refinished the floors, and color-matched the existing stain color exactly. It looks better now than it did before the damage occurred! The communication and service was top-notch, and we felt the pricing to be quite fair. Thanks again to Mark and his team!
