We recently completed a hardwood flooring project and couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and committed to delivering high-quality work. A special thank you to Andrii, who did a fantastic job replacing our hardwood floors and addressing the squeaks that had been bothering us for years. His craftsmanship, attention to detail, and dedication to getting the job done right were evident throughout the project. The finished floors look beautiful, and the improvement is noticeable every day. We also greatly appreciate Bogden's expertise and guidance. He helped us select the right flooring for our home, taking the time to answer questions and ensure we felt confident in our decision. We couldn’t have asked for a better flooring experience! Working with the owner Mark, along with his reps and install crew, was a surprisingly refreshing home-improvement project. After an unfortunate water intrusion event in our kitchen, Mark was able to pin-point the exact type of hardwood flooring we needed for the repair (after being told by other companies that the flooring was discontinued). His team patched and refinished the floors, and color-matched the existing stain color exactly. It looks better now than it did before the damage occurred! The communication and service was top-notch, and we felt the pricing to be quite fair. Thanks again to Mark and his team!

Floor Coverings International surprised us with floors that look better then new, we have used a lot of contractors over the years, but this one is by far and away the best. We would give them a 5+ Doug /Barb Frost

Had a little problem with a seam. They came out took care of it and did a great job. Glad to work with them and would recommend them at a 10!!!!

Mark's expertise and customer service was absolutely the best. I showed up with no appointment and he dropped what he was doing to help. He listened to what I was looking for and was able to direct me to several options and some things I hadn't considered. He also ordered samples, followed up and stayed engaged. I will definitely use Floor Coverings International again.

They were very difficult to work with. Had an unclear quote and charged me more then the agreed upon price. The work quality was fine. The value was fine. They got the work done quickly.

This is the second time we have had these guys do a tiling job for us and we've been thrilled with the results each time. This time they demo'd our old shower surround and vanity backsplash and built 2 shower niches and tiled the bath/shower, and the lower portion of 2 walls. The entire thing was designed by my wife and executed by the installer Max. We had a variety of specific things we wanted like a thin grout line, the niches in specific spots, and two different ways of trimming the tile edges and they worked with us to make sure we got just what we wanted. Also, in my opinion the price for both jobs seemed very reasonable. We are planning a little kitchen remodel some time in the future and we'll call the guys at FCI again. Thanks guys!
