Mark and his team have been great to work with. It took my husband and I a while to make up our minds on flooring and carpeting and Mark was very patient with us. Once installation was scheduled, everything happened on time. We're very pleased with our new look!

Floor Covering International team did an exceptional job installing the carpet at my house. Some of the things that stood out in their service was. 1. The carpets installed in the bedroom , wardrobe and stairs were skillfully crafted to perfection. Its been 3 months since they installed the carpet and I love the installation. 2. Mark Baldwin was pretty good at explaining the different carpet in terms of quality, density, life term of the carpet and the overall looks for the home. 3. The team also provided us the option of refinancing without additional APR (although I paid upfront for the installation) Overall, they delivered a good service. I highly recommend them for any of the floor renovations.

FCI was very responsive and communicative from the beginning. Getting an estimate was very quick and easy, as was scheduling the job. Most importantly, Kevin the installer did a quick and great job on our bathroom floor. Every detail turned out well, and we couldn't be happier!

My kitchen tile backsplash turned out perfect! The installer arrived on time, set up his own saw, and got to work. The cuts around the outlets and window sill were great. I highly recommend this company.
