Tim came over and provided such great information and communicated the project to me very transparently. He provided a very reasonable quote while providing caution on what could come up. So there was no surprises. On top of that, he made it very easy to have a conversation with him which I appreciate since I’m outside my area of expertise. I highly this company, they truly provided great service for a reasonable cost and any nerves gets set to ease with them.

I had such a great experience working with Patrick at Floor Coverings International of Highland Park. Before they took care of our floor, there was a cement trench cut through the tile portion of my basement floor/home studio. We replaced it with a plastic product that looked very similar and cut costs down. From to finish, Nicole and the installers were the right choice.

I had just moved into a new house and wanted to change some things up. Ahmad and Vatan were both very helpful from start to finish. I spoke to Vatan on the phone and he was very helpful when scheduling me and explaining how things work. Ahmad came to my house and brought some samples and made the process very smooth and simple. They were communicative, reassuring and very friendly the entire process. I highly recommend them!

I would absolutely recommend these guys! I had a challenging project in an older home, and they were incredibly gracious, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. Justin and Robin truly have this business down to a science. From the very beginning, I knew I was in good hands. The convenience of the mobile showroom—paired with Robin’s incredibly patient, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable approach—made the entire selection process both easy and enjoyable. Even after our appointment, when I found myself browsing additional LVP options online, Robin remained responsive and was happy to send samples over right away. Installation day brought an unexpected challenge with an uneven subfloor, but Justin handled the situation with clear, consistent communication every step of the way. His straightforward yet personable approach made it easy to trust the process, and I felt confident throughout. The final result speaks for itself—the floors turned out beautifully. During the final walkthrough, I had a couple of minor concerns, and they were addressed promptly and without hesitation. Justin also made a point to remind me that I could reach out anytime if anything came up, which I truly appreciated. I was all over searching for a floor bringing home new samples daily until Mark came over for a consultation. He knew exactly what I wanted. I manage a business in the Peachtree Corners area and we used these guys for our flooring in our retail space. Now I have to admit, our layout was a bit on the pizza pie shaped, but they were able to make the carpet look like it was just one whole piece!! Amazing, friendly, professional & clean. I’ve really enjoyed working with Floor Coverings International. Their entire team is professional, courteous, and consistently punctual. The selection of tile is impressive, and their pricing is very competitive within the market. The installation crew did an excellent job, showing great attention to detail throughout the project.
