Professional, friendly, as in neighborhood friendly, the best kind. Attention to detail. They did not leave anything undone. I went in to Floor Coverings International on a whim with my sister just to look at flooring and ended up hiring them to replace my kitchen flooring. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was pleased at every phase. Floor Coverings International is now my go-to for all flooring needs.

From contact to installation the experience was amazingly efficient. Our sales rep Brian Stimmel and the installation team were courteous and explained everything they were doing. From deposit to installation in 4 days. The floor is beautiful and expertly installed.

Had Perry ,Ben, and crew come out out reinstall some places and sand our oak floors.My wife and I are very pleased with their skill and professionalism. This was a big job but the outcome was well worth it.

These are your flooring folks! Just pull the trigger now. Bryan was so helpful and understanding when we dealt with a painting contractor debacle. Both he and Lisa kept helping us deal with our needing to reschedule our install. This installers did a great job and worked really efficiently. Really quick install at no expense to quality. We got other quotes as well, and they couldn’t be beat. Thanks again guys!
