I had the absolute best experience working with Lisa S. and the team at FCI! My husband and I were looking to upgrade the entire upstairs to prepare our home for sale. The technician who visited our home was prompt and prepared with high-quality carpet and LVP flooring samples. Although the samples were high-quality, the prices were not! Hands-down FCI was the least expensive of other flooring vendors who provided estimates, but that's not the best part. The results are amazing! Our floors are beautiful! These guys went over and above to find me what I wanted. They didn’t give up when a prior repair to my floor was causing problems with the tile. They went into my crawl space and fixed the problem. I definitely recommend FCI. Awesome job!

Great company, great product, great service. I used them first for my carpeting. They did such a great job that I hired them again to do my kitchen flooring. Moved into our home in October and hired floor covering international to install lvp throughout the entire home. We have 3 labrador retrievers that run on it it everyday, and so far the floor looks great and not a scratch on it.. Thank you Josh for helping us pick out and install our floors. Entire experience could not have been any easier!! Called for a staircase runner installation and within 15 minutes I had a quote in hand and a scheduled installation date. Lisa made coordination extremely easy and the installers did an absolutely amazing job. They checked in with me to confirm what I wanted and had the whole thing finished in under 90 minutes. The work was carefully done and it looks stunning. Cannot recommend them enough!

I initially contacted Floor Covering International on 11/11. The owner of the company came out to my home and provided me a quote for a floor repair on 11/13. On 11/15, I was told I would have to pay half of the cost of the repair upfront which I paid the same day. I told the owner during the initial visit to my home that I was looking to have repairs completed asap (within the week) and I was told it could be done. I was referred to the receptionist (Lisa) who completed the payment and stated that she would contact me concerning the day the floor would be repaired. I was told on 11/15 that the floor would mostly be completed on the following Thursday 11/21, but she would know for sure on Monday 11/18 and would contact me. I explained again that I would need to have the repair completed the following week due possible new tenants moving in. Lisa responded stating "ok". After not hearing from Lisa on 11/18, I contacted her on 11/19 requesting a date for repairs and again reiterating the need to have the repairs completed this week. Lisa responded back stating that the materials were ordered but delayed and would not arrive until after the following week (Thanksgiving). I shared my disappointment concerning not being notified of the delay. I waited to hear back from Lisa after the holiday but again, I was not contacted, so I called and spoke to Lisa on 12/5 which she stated that she would call me back the same afternoon to provide me a date for the repair. Once again, I did not hear back from Lisa so I requested to have the payment that was paid, returned back to me as soon as possible. I believe I should I have been contacted as stated and of course the repair has been delayed even longer due to poor customer service.

These guys are awesome!!! Quick read is they are professional, responsive, and very good at what they do, hire them! Some before and after pics below. Long read: we bought a 1940s fixer upper in Smithfield with the most ungovernable floors and were looking for someone still doing roll out vinyl well. They have quality products and an excellent team of installers that are good at making seems unseeable and keeping lines straight in connecting long runs, it looks and feels like lvp. Their tile guys were also outstanding and knocked out two bathrooms without a hitch! The office is also very responsive, so customer service is next level. Knowing how tough our floors were we were hopeful of the result but not sure how it would turn out, but once they were done we could not be happier. Thank you guys!

I would def refer this company for anyone looking to have florring services performed. They were worth every penny. Their work elevated the look and aesthetic of the entire home. I got my wood floors refinished to a natural wood on a 968 sq ft home. It was worth every penny. If you want it done right and with professionals then I would go here!

Great experience using this company. We had carpets that were severely damaged and they were replaced with a luxury vinyl that looks like real wood! Super high quality and fast service. Only took a day to get them installed. Months later, they’re holding up wonderfully.
