FCI did an amazing job on my hard wood floors and the price was great. I highly recommend them for all of your floor covering needs.

If you have a flooring project specifically LVP, I would suggest looking somewhere else.Where should I start, first and foremost, they don’t inform you of an additional fee if you pay with credit or debit card. I did my down payment with AMEX and found out there is a 3% fee, which is understandable but wish I would have been informed. At the end of the job, I paid with a debit card and was still charged a 3% fee, which I still don’t understand. Now let’s get to the work itself, The first job was for two rooms and the overall job was average at best. They used oversized PVC quarter round, which doesn’t look good and is completely unnecessary, considering these were not wet spaces. They use this because they leave large gaps between the flooring and baseboard. I tried to replace it with standard size wood quarter round and it would not cover the gaps. Additionally, when the job was complete I found a section that was flexing and was told that it would settle out over time, which is odd because LVP settles. They eventually fixed it but only because they had a follow on job for my stairs and that didn’t change the fact that I couldn’t finish setting up that room. They scheduled the stair job with me for a one day job, so I took off from work. About an hour into the job, they inform that they would have to finish the job the next day. Well that may work for some people but I don’t have that type of flexibility at work. Regardless, my wife was able to adjust some things to support their schedule. Meanwhile, we are walking around on subfloor. Once they showed up to complete the job, they realized that two of the stair treads were the wrong color, so they had to reorder, and yes we’re still walking around on subfloor. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I regret hiring them. If anyone at FCI would like to dispute these comments, please feel free but you would be lying if you did. Thanks

I didn't even end up buying flooring today and I already know I'll never use a different flooring company. Mr. Macmelville was honest and kind enough to tell me my smelly carpet could still be saved instead of replaced, and was personable and professional during the rest of my appointment even after it was clear I wouldn't be making a purchase. Thanks again, Dave!

I am very pleased with the work Marlon and his crew did. It was fast very neat. I intentionally look at my floors every morning and I have not seen any "oops!". Excellent work! Thank you

We paid a 50% deposit after selecting our tile in the showroom on August 1st. Shortly afterward, we were informed that the project would cost approximately $200 more due to the tile we chose, which we agreed to. We were told the project would begin within 2-4 weeks after paying the deposit and should last 5-7 days from start to finish. After numerous phone calls and emails with Brian and Lisa over a 6-week period, construction finally began on September 15th. We specifically requested that contractors not arrive before 8:00 a.m., but they showed up at 7:00 a.m. on day #1. Demo was completed by one subcontractor, and then we waited five days for the shower pan and plumbing subcontractors to arrive. The plumbing subcontractors left scratched plastic shower hardware on the floor when they were finished and my husband later discovered they did not use mortar to secure the shower pan. After we shared our concerns with Brian about the plastic shower hardware and mortar, he sent a plumber out to explain to my husband that it would be fine even though the manufacturer of the shower pan told us it needed to be mortared in. Brian eventually ordered suitable shower fixtures for us; however, the drain of the shower pan is chrome when we asked for everything to be matte black. The tile delivered on day #9 was not what we picked out from the showroom in August. At no point did anyone attempt to confirm materials or design with us. I had to leave work on numerous occasions to consult with subcontractors directly because information was never communicated to them. I sent photos of the tile design I wanted to Brian on August 13th. When I showed the same photos to the tile subcontractor over a month later he said he had never seen them before and explained that my preferred design would not work with the tiles that were chosen. The correct tile was delivered on day #22 and installed in a timely manner using a different design proposed by the subcontractor. When the subcontractor attempted to install the shower door (ordered by Brian) on day #26, it was the wrong size. The project was not completed until day #33. At no point did anyone inspect the work completed entirely by subcontractors before offering us a 10% discount due to the repeated delays. We chose International Floor Coverings for this project because Brian was very kind and seemed like he had the experience to manage this job but I was disappointed every step of the way. We ultimately paid thousands of dollars for a project manager who did not manage the project whatsoever. When mistakes were made, there was absolutely no urgency to provide a remedy and we ended up without a functioning bathroom in our home for 5 weeks. We anticipated getting our living room floors redone soon after but I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company was really top notch from the materials to the quality of the ending product. The installation procedure was amazing; we had a whole house flooring done. We love the way Dave presented and explained the company's products. It was direct, pacific, and informative and not not a long sale's pit. Overall, we are very pleased and love our new house look.

FCI did an absolutely phenomenal job on our subfloors. Having an older home, there are a lot of potential gotcha moments, but the team was professional and got the job done right!
