They were prompt but at the last minute canceled because of my address which they had the whole time. The first thing I lead with is my address which is remote. I was sad about this.

Very friendly and helpful staff when I came to the store; they willingly gave me a floor sample to take home and make sure it was the right coloring. Also, quick to schedule quote visit with Dave, the owner, and he was very helpful during his visit. The carpet was quickly ordered and installation scheduled. The installation team was FABULOUS! They were quick, efficient, polite, and CLEANED UP after themselves. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International for any flooring needs.
