Troy and his partner were very polite and hard workers. Their communication skills were very good. They were excellent in explaining what needed to be done and how they were going to complete the task.Their goal was to please their customer. They were willing to go the extra mile to make sure their work was perfect and that their customer was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend Floor Covering International!

It was time to replace the upstairs bedroom carpets and because we always seek recommendations from friends and neighbors, we had two to choose from, with Floor Coverings being one of them. Our neighbor used Floor Coverings while a good friend of ours recommended another in Portsmouth. I would have to say Floor Coverings did the best to offer us the type of carpet we wanted. Josh Turner (owner) insisted we view the different offerings at home, even allowing us to feel the carpet under our socked feet. He brought a wide selection of LARGE samples to lay out on the floors with natural light on them. He was knowledgeable and thoughtful of our desires. After selecting his company to do the job, his team (Trey and Lisa) communicated the status of our order in a timely manner and was easy to deal with scheduling. The install was done by two expert installers (Luis and Manuel) who were skilled and considerate. I highly recommend helping with the install by moving as much of your furniture out of the rooms as you can handle. They helped us move the large furnishings but we disassembled beds and moved as much as we can to expedite the install. We had two large bedrooms and two smaller completed in a day and a half. We planned the smaller room installs first because their furnishing had to be spread around the upstairs hall and other bedrooms to clear for movement and install. I hope the best for Floor Coverings and that they keep their super customer service and work quality because I have no hesitation to contract with them again. Thank you!

Floor coverings came out to my residence and gave me an estimate to do some repairs to my sub flooring and laminate flooring installation. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the personnel. They really do great work and they left my house just as they found it. I will reach out to this company again in the very near future. Great Job!

great installation process! old flooring was previously removed in addition to a lot of patchwork due to a full renovation. the crew came in and evaluated the floor prior to installing the new material and determined that some leveling was needed. they returned the next day and got the installation done in a matter of hours, less some of the trim work (as agreed to) as i was going to be doing some custom trim work myself. overall great job done by a great crew. thanks, FCI !

We had an amazing experience with FCI. The salesman came out on a Tuesday evening to do a quote, best price in town. We placed the order 2 days later. We were in a rush to get carpets installed before we moved into our new home so they were kind enough to put a rush on the order. The install crew was there the following Thursday starting the work. They were done in 1.5 days. We are very happy with our experience and highly recommend this company.
