They did everything they promised. There was one small glitch which they fixed the same day we bought it to their attention. Jason was extremely supportive and professional throughout the entire process,

I highly recommend FCI of South Loudon. I had LVP flooring installed in the basement family room, landing and laundry room as well as new runner carpet on the stairs and wall to wall carpet on the landings. The design team came to the house and provided excellent advice on flooring and carpet choice. The project team lead was communicative and supportive. The install team was exceptional. It looks beautiful. I am very happy with the outcome.

I was doing a low budget closet DIY upgrade when I noticed our hardwood floors needed some work. We discussed several options to fit my budget. I was able to purchase two boxes from Habitat for Humanity and Floor Coverings handled the labor. Took them 4 hours from start to finish and even threw in a few planks because I was short on material. Beyond pleased with their work, this is the second time we’ve used them. I recommend them to anyone looking for a flooring company.

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International! They did great work selecting the correct products to install hardwood floors and stairs. My stairs feel super solid now. They completed their work quickly, but also paid attention to detail. They were willing to fix a minor issue after the installation was completed. I would definitely recommend them.

We loved working with Dan and his team for our laminate flooring! Andrew met us at the home for a consultation, walked us through all of our options, and was transparent about the pros/cons of each one. Rachel and Oscar continually kept us informed on the status of the project, which was greatly appreciated. Finally, Dan stopped by the property for a final quality check after the project was completed. It’s clear the team cares about their work and customers.
