Easy, professional and great looking new floor. Absolute pleasure working with Andrew and his team to have a new floor installed in our office. From start to finish the communication and updates were appreciated . Rachel in the office called with regular updates. The crew showed up on time on installation day and worked efficiently to get the job done. New floor looks great and was a fair price. Even the follow up call from Rachel and Dan after the work was done was very appreciated. I look forward to working with FCI again.

The representative, Andrew, was timely and communicative before my appointment. During the appointment he was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful and we talked about the different options for our flooring project in our home. He was patient and helpful as we compared pricing options. Overall, was an excellent experience and I highly recommend FCI haymarket to anyone looking for a flooring contractor.

Kudos to Tye Higbee and team as our area rug is awesome! Floor Coverings International provided us with an exceptional experience! I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who appreciates quality work, accurate cost estimates and clear communication. This high level of service began with our in-home appointment, during which all of our questions were answered and multiple floor samples were reviewed. By the end of this appointment we had a very near exact estimate of what different areas (upstairs, downstairs and staircases) would cost. Having narrowed down our finishes to a few good choices we were allowed to hold on to samples of our favorites for a few days before making our final decision. Follow up was quick without being “pushy” allowing us time to make our decision without rushing. Throughout the process we received clear communication about the timeline of our project and when to expect a call for final scheduling of our installation and signing of our contract, all of which we were able to manage via cell phone or computer. Our project was completed over a few days, requiring removal of tile from the concrete in our lower level as well as leveling of both the concrete and some upper level sub-flooring prior to installing our new flooring. Before any of this leveling work, and later when faced with a “tricky area” surrounding our fireplace occurred, the workers both explained and demonstrated to us what was needed and what they intended to do, communicating clearly throughout the process to ensure we were happy with our installation and had no “surprise” costs. They also managed to safely move a number of large furniture pieces around their work areas without incident. These guys were pros! We are exceptionally happy with the work completed by Floor Coverings International. Having multiple levels of flooring updated at once makes it feel like we're walking into a new home again. Having lived here for 17 years and with no plans to move anytime soon we will now get to enjoy this “new home feeling” for years to come. Thank you, Chris

The team at international flooring is spot on from beginning to end. My first consultation was so helpful in deciding what flooring I wanted all the way through to the actual installation! The installers were efficient and not only finished the job in one day, but cleaned up and moved the furniture back in exactly where it had been. I couldn’t have had a better experience!
