Floor Coverings International provided us with an exceptional experience! I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who appreciates quality work, accurate cost estimates and clear communication. This high level of service began with our in-home appointment, during which all of our questions were answered and multiple floor samples were reviewed. By the end of this appointment we had a very near exact estimate of what different areas (upstairs, downstairs and staircases) would cost. Having narrowed down our finishes to a few good choices we were allowed to hold on to samples of our favorites for a few days before making our final decision. Follow up was quick without being “pushy” allowing us time to make our decision without rushing. Throughout the process we received clear communication about the timeline of our project and when to expect a call for final scheduling of our installation and signing of our contract, all of which we were able to manage via cell phone or computer. Our project was completed over a few days, requiring removal of tile from the concrete in our lower level as well as leveling of both the concrete and some upper level sub-flooring prior to installing our new flooring. Before any of this leveling work, and later when faced with a “tricky area” surrounding our fireplace occurred, the workers both explained and demonstrated to us what was needed and what they intended to do, communicating clearly throughout the process to ensure we were happy with our installation and had no “surprise” costs. They also managed to safely move a number of large furniture pieces around their work areas without incident. These guys were pros! We are exceptionally happy with the work completed by Floor Coverings International. Having multiple levels of flooring updated at once makes it feel like we're walking into a new home again. Having lived here for 17 years and with no plans to move anytime soon we will now get to enjoy this “new home feeling” for years to come. Thank you, Chris

The team at international flooring is spot on from beginning to end. My first consultation was so helpful in deciding what flooring I wanted all the way through to the actual installation! The installers were efficient and not only finished the job in one day, but cleaned up and moved the furniture back in exactly where it had been. I couldn’t have had a better experience! Outstanding! Exceptionally pleased with the price, communication, and workmanship of Floor Coverings International! Dan, Andrew, Brandy, and William were all real professionals that I had the privilege with work with. The "Happy Feet" premium LVP was just the right color and fit for our basement renovation. Dan Layman was exceptionally professional and honest in making sure my spouse and I were happy with the finished product. I can't recommend this company enough! You can get other estimates, but I seriously doubt they will be able to deliver on time, on budget, and on point like Floor Coverings International! A+ Would gladly do business with them again!
