Dan and Tyler were fantastic to work with as well as the flooring crew they sent out. Everything was done in a day, all clean up and moving of furniture. The flooring looks identical to the original and flows seemlessly out into the main area. VERY happy with their service and look forward to hiring them for my property.

We had such a wonderful experience! The communication was incredible! Working with Tyler, Andrew and Rachel made everything so easy and they all had a wealth of knowledge. As first time home buyers we didn’t know exactly what to look for or what questions to ask, but with their help we were able to get exactly what we had hoped for. We had a very positive experience with Floor Coverings International and were genuinely impressed with the professionalism and quality of the installation. The installers completed roughly 450 square feet of hardwood in one day and did an excellent job paying attention to the details. The finished floors look great, especially compared to the old carpets we had previously. The installation team was courteous, respectful, and clearly experienced. They took extra care to protect our home by laying down sheets and coverings so they would not walk over our carpets with dirty boots. At the end of the day, everything was cleaned up thoroughly and all furniture was put back in place, which we really appreciated. Andrew and Dan were also great to work with throughout the process. Andrew provided a clear and very reasonable quote for installing hardwood in our main living area and dining room. Dan stopped by on the day of the installation to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly, which added a lot of confidence and we really appreciate that he took the time to personally stop by and make sure that our install was going smoothly, which is not something that we experienced with our previous installer. This was our first time using Floor Coverings International. We already had the wood and materials, including underlayment and shoe molding, and chose FCI for the installation. We are very glad we did and are extremely happy with our new floors.

FCI South Loudoun replaced our old, dirty carpet with beautiful LVP, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results! Dan is dependable and truly cares about both his customers and his crew. From start to finish, the entire process was top tier. The sales team came to our house with a great selection of LVP samples, which made choosing our style so easy. Communication was excellent both before and during the project. The crew handled everything from start to finish with professionalism and attention to detail. Easy, professional and great looking new floor. Absolute pleasure working with Andrew and his team to have a new floor installed in our office. From start to finish the communication and updates were appreciated . Rachel in the office called with regular updates. The crew showed up on time on installation day and worked efficiently to get the job done. New floor looks great and was a fair price. Even the follow up call from Rachel and Dan after the work was done was very appreciated. I look forward to working with FCI again.

The representative, Andrew, was timely and communicative before my appointment. During the appointment he was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful and we talked about the different options for our flooring project in our home. He was patient and helpful as we compared pricing options. Overall, was an excellent experience and I highly recommend FCI haymarket to anyone looking for a flooring contractor.
