"I have gotten two installs with them now and both have been perfect. Carpet installed in my basement and couldn't be happier. its a large enough room they had to do like 3 separate rolls. I've tried looking a dozen times to tell where the seams are between the rolls and I cant find them. Even knowing where the rolls end I couldn't tell after install. 10/10 Also got some LVP installed at a different time. Originally had interlocking style and to no fault of the installer there were issues with it laying flat in my house. Really old house with uneven floors that were so bad couldn't even be fixed with self leveling. They sent their lead installer out and he inspected it and confirmed they would have to redo it. He recommended switching to a glue down style and he was right. He installed it and now it lays great with no issues. They didn't charge me a single extra cent, they covered it all. Just charged me the original quote. Couldn't recommend this company enough for your flooring!"
