"What an amazing experience with Floor Coverings International Plano and John Conroy’s team. I truly cannot recommend them enough. What impressed me the most was the speed, communication, and professionalism from the very beginning. I sent John a few videos of the issue we had upstairs, and almost immediately he responded. That alone already separated them from many other home improvement companies. Most companies either take forever to respond, are booked out for weeks, or give you a “maybe sometime next week” type of answer. But John and his team were completely different. After reviewing the videos and pictures, John quickly provided an estimate, and once we approved it, they had a technician at our house the very next day. Now let me explain the problem. Over the years, the carpet upstairs in all four rooms had become very wavy and uneven from heavy foot traffic, kids constantly running around, and even a ping-pong table upstairs. Honestly, it had started looking pretty rough and old. The technician who came out did an absolutely phenomenal job. He worked meticulously for several hours, paying attention to every detail, and by the end the carpet looked almost brand new again. The difference was unbelievable. It honestly looked like state-of-the-art work. What I appreciated most was not only the quality of the work, but also how smooth and stress-free the whole process was — fast communication, quick scheduling, fair pricing, and outstanding craftsmanship. "I met Courtney at the RI home show in April 2026. She was very pleasant and took the time to answer all my questions. Then it wasn't long after I called to make an appointment. Then her husband brought the samples at my house and explained the process from start to finish so we knew what to expect. After measuring he showed us from his laptop what the room would look like, then gave us an excellent price so we gave him a deposit that day to get the job going. It only took a couple of weeks from then for the carpet to come and not long after that it was installed. The installer they sent did an excellent job. Very, very pleased with the job.
