Kevin and Shawn were great! They were very professional and took great pride in their work. Shawn was an artist at matching our stain (no other company was willing to attempt refinishing just a section of our hardwood) and Kevin is a skilled craftsman. I would highly recommend them. Shaun, the owner, also took a tremendous amount of time with me to assist in selecting the flooring upfront.

I can't say enough about FCI! I recently had my hardwood floors sanded and refinished and they look fantastic! We had new unfinished wood installed in 2 rooms and the entire main level finished. It all blends together perfectly! I worked with Chad at the office and he was extremely knowledgeable about the process and what to expect. I will definitely refer them to anyone looking for new floors!

The flooring installation was very smooth. They removed old carpet and replaced every floor surface on our 2nd floor. When they were done they put the furniture back. There was a problem with some of our floor joists but the fix was inexpensive and did not delay our job. We would recommend this company.

I recently had a carpet runner installed on my stairs and I’m extremely pleased with the results. I was having a hard time picking a carpet and Glenn was very helpful with locating samples and helping me pick the best carpet for my stairs. He was very responsive and got the process moving quickly, which I appreciated. My install got a little delayed with the recent snow storm but everyone was super responsive and got out here as soon as they could. I would definitely recommend this company!

Glen took his time to answer all of our questions. Took a minute to decide on colors but he was patient. All of the workers were professional. The floor looks great.

Shaun and his installers did a great job on the floors! Clients had water damage from a refrigerator ice maker line. FCI walked through options with my client and the LVP turned out great!
