I had my hardwood floor sanded and refinished. I was told by their sales person that they have their own people to do the work. That was the reason I chose them. I was surprised that they subconracted the job to someone else without telling me. The subcontractor didn't not follow the rules required for this job. They replaced the furniture and rugs immediately the day after finishing the work. They were supposed to wait 3 days for the furniture and a month for the rugs. Also the house had a loot of sand that my wife and I spent long hours to clean. We complained and the owner of the company came more than once. He removed the rugs and said we shouldn't have that much sand.the sanding and finishing workmanship itself was good though.

Floor Coverings International installed a new porcelain tile floor in my guest bathroom and it looks great! I selected them based on the high ratings reviewers gave the company online and was totally satisfied. After asking questions about my preferences, Shaun came to my home with samples of tile. Not only was it a time saver not to spend time shopping at stores, but being able to lay tiles on the floor in the actual room made it so much easier to make the right choice. Katie was great at following up to keep me informed of the timeline. The installer did an excellent job, explaining the process and having me approve the layout before finishing with the grout. Shaun came back to check and make sure everything was perfect. A couple weeks later, the company reached out again to make sure I was happy with the results. I love my new tile floor! I highly recommend Floor Coverings International and will be calling them when I am ready to replace my carpet or re-tile another room.

Both men were professional, knowledgeable and patient. Second, thank you to Kevin and Brandon, the floor installers who were prompt and professional as well as kind. These young men explained the installation process with ease and knowledge as they replaced our subfloor and installed new tile. Their skills are beyond compare! We are extremely grateful and happy! Shaun Mealy, the owner of Floor Covering International and his staff did an awesome job with the installation of laminated flooring throughout my home. During the installation process, the staff moved furniture throughout the house to install the flooring and replace the furniture exactly the way they found it. The installation staff were professional and knowledgeable of the installation process. They also answered our questions throughout the installation process. I highly recommend Floor Covering International to homeowners who are looking for laminated, or hardwood flooring.
