I recently had a carpet runner installed on my stairs and I’m extremely pleased with the results. I was having a hard time picking a carpet and Glenn was very helpful with locating samples and helping me pick the best carpet for my stairs. He was very responsive and got the process moving quickly, which I appreciated. My install got a little delayed with the recent snow storm but everyone was super responsive and got out here as soon as they could. I would definitely recommend this company!

Glen took his time to answer all of our questions. Took a minute to decide on colors but he was patient. All of the workers were professional. The floor looks great.

Shaun and his installers did a great job on the floors! Clients had water damage from a refrigerator ice maker line. FCI walked through options with my client and the LVP turned out great!

Floor Coverings International was a joy to work with , they listen to what we wanted in flooring, even priced matched some of their competitors estimates, allowed us to take our time to make our decision are not pushy . Installation was great the workers were kind and professional .We are very happy with the new flooring and our house is happy for the new flooring look .Highly recommend Floor Coverings International

From Glenn our Sales Consultant, to Katie our Installation Coordinator, to the Hardwood Installation Team, to the Carpet Installation Team, everyone was professional, prompt, and friendly. Their follow up skills are excellent; they checked in with us before, during and after our project, both via phone and in person. The hardwood and carpet installation Teams were courteous and went above and beyond during the installation process. Workmanship, attention to detail, and materials are top notch. High levels of customer care were present in every department we interacted with during our project; it truly is embedded as part of the company philosophy. We are thrilled with the results of our project, and would happily choose Floor Coverings International again!

Everyone at Floor Covering International has been extreme nice and cooperative. My carpet came in earlier than I expected and I was grateful. The carpet is fine as I asked for a low pile for my bedroom that does not show the normal daily walking marks. That being said, the carpet had to be seamed in 3 places that show. So I would have asked about seaming that was less noticeable. Fernando came back and tried to fix this but not totally possible with this kind of carpet I assume. So make sure you ask all the right questions.
