Working with Clara and Alex at Floor Coverings has been an absolute pleasure. Not only are they incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but they’re also genuinely kind, honest, and down-to-earth people. It’s rare to find business owners who truly care about doing things right and making sure their clients feel taken care of every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend them more – it’s been a great experience all around!

Love my new carpet! They did a great job. They removed my furniture and then put it all back when they were done. My stairs were cracked and unstable and they repaired them and made them stable before putting the carpet. Also want to say that Doug, our sales guy, put me right at ease with from the first meeting to go with this company. He was a pleasure to deal with.

I love my new flooring on the 2nd floor and the stairs! The representatives from Floor Coverings International were very professional from the beginning to the end. Kyle is the production manager, and he went above and beyond to ensure my flooring was installed to my liking. He was there from day one dropping by and calling to ensure that everything went well. He resolved any issues very quickly and gave the contractors suggestions to make the changes I requested. Ben was the sales person, and he was there on day one as well. I was pleasantly surprised when Ben/Ashley dropped off flowers to thank me for my business. That was a nice touch on top of doing an excellent job. I totally recommend this company. I started out with Home Depot which was a disaster because I was left to deal with the contractors with no support. I am still waiting on them to complete repairs on my first floor since December. If you want your project completed in a timely manner and professionally, Floor Coverings International- Long Beach is your go to company.

Reinel and his team, Carlos and Jose did an amazing job! They refinished out kitchen hardwoods and mixed up a custom color we really loved. Pricing was fair and attention to detail was outstanding.

Dan was great to work with and had a lot of helpful recommendations and flooring knowledge. He was able to have our new carpet installed before we moved in. The carpet looks fantastic! I managed to stain it the first day and the stain came out easy with shaw cleaner.

I could not have imagined any one else helping me give new life to the floors in my 1940s home!!! From Cody, to Kenny, to Darin, the people and service at floor coverings international were absolutely fantastic. They were so flexible and understanding throughout the entire process helping me get through many unexpected obstacles. From the LVP in the kitchen to the absolutely stunning hardwood refinish in the living room and bedroom, everything turned out better than I could imagine. I highly recommend them for all flooring needs!!

Once we figured out that a staff quit we were able to get on board with what I wanted. They were great in giving me separate quotes and were able to work with insurance. The bonus I wanted a remnant Lino and they found something that did the job. I do realize the prices are slightly higher than elsewhere but you do pay for experience, quality and the extra stuff they try to do .

The company was very patient with me in choosing the flooring. I made several changes in my order and there was never an issue with repricing my request. The installation went very well and they did a teally nice job on the installation of my hardwood floor. I love the floor and it looks great. They totally cleaned up everything when they were done with the job so I did not have to do the clean up. They also removed and disposed of all the old carpet in the house. I would highly recommend Ken Kish and his company. Five stars for this company.

I had a tough time selecting the right material for my new flooring project. Jason was very helpful and patient throughout the process. Once selections were made, our installer, Matt, was great. He was very personable and knew exactly what he was doing. He was very particular about his install. The project turned out great thanks to the help from these two gentleman. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for their flooring needs. Very happy with the outcome and the total experience.
