I cannot express how convenient my carpet purchasing experience was with Glenn from Floor Coverings International. Flooring samples were brought to my home. The quote was prepared immediately. Financing was offered. Instead of waiting 4-6 weeks for delivery and installation as is generally the case, the entire process took less than two weeks and it looks great! Professional, courteous, convenient. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

From the moment we first spoke with Charlotte at a Home Show in Sarasota we knew it was a flooring company we wanted to pursue for our home renovation. Charlotte’s knowledge and expertise were top notch from day one. It was almost a year before we were ready for the flooring as we were doing a master bathroom and kitchen remodel. We looked at other options for flooring but came back to Charlotte every time. Her professionalism and patience really resonated with us. Wonderful experience working with Floor Coverings International and specifically with Susan and Jack. Jack explained the process and carpeting choices thoroughly and was very patient with all my questions. Their installers were very courteous and did a fabulous job installing the carpets. This was the best experience I have had with a flooring company. They stayed on top of everything while ordering the floors and then installed today. The installers were quiet, courteous, quick, and Extremely competent. They finished two guest rooms in just a few hours which included moving furniture. The prices are very reasonable and their Commitment to quality and professionalism is unsurpassed. I highly recommend if you’re looking for Flooring to use them and you won’t regret it.

Robin, Sean, and Jessie were amazing. We originally called Robin to help us with a tile project. We also had a sunroom that needed some love in regards to floors but some of the quotes we received were way too high. To our surprise Robin beat the pricing for all of the competitors which included tile and luxury vinyl for the sunroom. Overall this was a great experience and we highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Southeast Knoxville for all your Flooring and Bathroom Remodel needs!
