We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International! We had some subfloor issues that other companies balked at, but FCI was able to find the right person to fix all our issues and give us beautiful new floors on top! We love our new floor (and how flat and even the new subfloor is!).

We purchased a house, and the liv5room had beautiful pine that was stained the dated red color and scratched up. They refinished it down to the natural wood look and stained it super light and it is beautiful! Worked around our schedule with other work happening in the house. I wish I had more of this flooring to use them again for!

this was an all around good experience from the meeting with the owner to look over options and measurements, to the final walk through. Very professional and kind people to work with. Floor technician was excellent!

For whole home carpet, two installers arrived at 11:45 instead of scheduled arrival of 9:45. And then it was only two men! They worked extremely hard then 3 more arrived after 4. Job was not completed until 9:30 p.m. New carpet is nice, but job could have done in much more professional manner,

Randy and his team will be our go to for all flooring needs in the future! The level of customer service and professionalism is unmatched these days. The flooring project they did for our home turned out better than I thought and the amount of time Randy took in the evenings to meet before we finalized the flooring color/style was appreciated. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

From the first visit with Randy I felt confident that our project would be handled professionally. He was punctual, explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and gave a competitive estimate. We had hardwood floors installed on the second floor of our home by a very skilled technician. He completed the job on time with minimal interference in our daily routine and the result is stunning! Perfect color, very professional installation. Would highly recommend Randy and his team! Definitely 5 Stars!
