I had a great experience with FCI. I called Randy and he came out the same day to provide a free quote. I had a really tight time table in which I was working and they made it happen. The carpets were installed on time and look great.

my choice of color is not the best, as I was seeing more contrast in the sample. I’m a little disappointed in the details, such as in the third picture, but the overall effect is good. I’m not sure the workmen are as experienced as I expected them to be. They cleaned up all except one bag full on the front porch.

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International! We had some subfloor issues that other companies balked at, but FCI was able to find the right person to fix all our issues and give us beautiful new floors on top! We love our new floor (and how flat and even the new subfloor is!).

We purchased a house, and the liv5room had beautiful pine that was stained the dated red color and scratched up. They refinished it down to the natural wood look and stained it super light and it is beautiful! Worked around our schedule with other work happening in the house. I wish I had more of this flooring to use them again for!

this was an all around good experience from the meeting with the owner to look over options and measurements, to the final walk through. Very professional and kind people to work with. Floor technician was excellent!

For whole home carpet, two installers arrived at 11:45 instead of scheduled arrival of 9:45. And then it was only two men! They worked extremely hard then 3 more arrived after 4. Job was not completed until 9:30 p.m. New carpet is nice, but job could have done in much more professional manner,
