Randy at FCI was amazing. He did a great job walking us through all of our options, and was able to meet of deadlines even though our job was going to take two separate contractors. His contractors were professional and went above and beyond! You can tell Randy cares about his business! I would highly recommend him!

Randy was great in the initial meeting and gave me great info on what I needed to know to make a good decision. The young men who did the installation were very professional, answering my questions and letting me follow their progress. I couldn’t be more pleased witj the outcome. The new floor looks great!! I would highly recommend this company .

Randy Osborn is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He had numerous samples of flooring types and suggested a remedy for. closet to bedroom transition. The quote he gave was reasonable. The wait for materials to arrive at the warehouse was not long, about 3 weeks. I had plenty of time to remove items and left only a few of the heavy items to his installers which they handled with care. Ron and Oscar arrived about 0830. They finished by 2 pm. Ron was methodical and exacting. He and Oscar appeared to work well as a team. Both were cheerful. They cleaned up the area nicely after finishing. I would recommend Floor Coverings International to others.

FCI provided quality material and the workmanship with the installation was spot on. Randy and his team worked with me to deliver a beautiful floor on time and with excellent communication throughout the project. I plan to contact them in the future for another project. I highly recommend FCI.
