Called this business for some carpet stretching, my current carpet in a bedroom is still in good shape but started seeing some ripples in it, probably due to poor installation from the previous home owner, so I called this business and Randy was great and so was Pete who did the repair. Randy was caring and helpful as was Pete. Pete who did the repair is experienced and professional, he knows what he's doing and is kind. I will be using this company again for any home repairs or projects.

Had the flooring replaced in the kitchen by another contractor that royally screwed it up. Randy came to my house and we talked about trying to replace sections. I couldn’t find replacement flooring that matched so Randy and I decided that the best thing to do was just replace the floor. . His installer ( Pete) showed up and removed the old flooring and preformed extensive preparation. New floor is beautiful and installed immaculately. Couldn’t be happier.

I had an excellent experience with this flooring company. Randy came out to my house promptly, and instead of trying to upsell me on an expensive flooring replacement, he gave me a very honest assessment of the situation. He walked me through several different ways to address the problem, offering a variety of choices that fit different budgets. He was open and refreshingly honest and transparent. Thanks to his expertise and transparency, he ended up saving me several hundreds, and maybe thousands for flooring I did not need (not yet at least). I really appreciated his professionalism, clear communication, and the fact that he genuinely had my best interests in mind. It’s rare to find this level of honesty and customer care, and I do not take it for granted.
