For whole home carpet, two installers arrived at 11:45 instead of scheduled arrival of 9:45. And then it was only two men! They worked extremely hard then 3 more arrived after 4. Job was not completed until 9:30 p.m. New carpet is nice, but job could have done in much more professional manner,

Randy and his team will be our go to for all flooring needs in the future! The level of customer service and professionalism is unmatched these days. The flooring project they did for our home turned out better than I thought and the amount of time Randy took in the evenings to meet before we finalized the flooring color/style was appreciated. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

From the first visit with Randy I felt confident that our project would be handled professionally. He was punctual, explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and gave a competitive estimate. We had hardwood floors installed on the second floor of our home by a very skilled technician. He completed the job on time with minimal interference in our daily routine and the result is stunning! Perfect color, very professional installation. Would highly recommend Randy and his team! Definitely 5 Stars!

This team rose to the occasion and completely restretched the existing carpeting in four rooms. He was able to reattach it and then finished it all beautifully. I can’t speak highly enough about how quickly they acted knowing we were under some pressure getting it done and what a tremendous job they did! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
