We had an absolutely wonderful experience with FCI from start to finish! The quality of their work and the beautiful craftsmanship of the installers truly exceeded our expectations. Our floors turned out absolutely gorgeous, and the attention to detail was exceptional. FCI also has an amazing selection of high-quality flooring at very reasonable and competitive prices. We looked at many options, and the combination of quality, selection, and value we found at FCI was difficult to find anywhere else. Kim, the owner, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and hands-on throughout the entire project. She periodically checked on the installation herself to make sure everything was being done perfectly and up to her standards. Michelle was also wonderful; always prompt, helpful, and quick to answer our questions and address any concerns. The installers were exceptionally skilled, professional, and meticulous. Their craftsmanship really shows in the finished product. They completed the project in a timely manner without ever compromising on quality, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. What impressed us most was how much the entire FCI team genuinely cared about making sure we were completely happy with the final result. They went above and beyond to address every detail and make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We couldn’t be happier with our floors or our experience with FCI. Beautiful craftsmanship, excellent quality, fair pricing, outstanding customer service, and a team that truly stands behind their work. We will absolutely use FCI again for future projects and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring. 10/10 experience! ⭐️

Everyone we worked with at Floor Coverings International of Burke, VA, was professional and did excellent work. They helped us with a post- flood (in our basement) need on very short notice. We would not hesitate to use this company again.

Kimberly was responsive, professional, incredibly well informed about all kinds of flooring, and had access to all the additional vendors we would need to complete the transformation of our home. She was able to give us options and different price points so that we could make the best decision for our project. She was always available by text or phone, helped troubleshoot unexpected issues, and did it with a smile on her face and an enthusiasm about her work that reflected a true commitment to service and an excellent final result. Would work with her again in a heartbeat; she is a true asset to your business. Add in the mastery and outstanding skills of the crew and workmen/women and we could not have expected a better outcome! Thank you again.

Kimberly and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. We recently had a new listing with original hardwood floors that had seen better days. Replacing them entirely wasn't a realistic option for our sellers, so we needed a solution that would restore their appearance while preserving the home's historic character. Kimberly immediately understood the challenge and recommended the perfect approach. We were also working under a tight timeline, and she was able to mobilize her crew immediately. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and turnaround time were truly exceptional! The transformation was incredible. The floors were in rough shape, and Kimberly's team brought them back to life while maintaining the charm and authenticity that made them special. The finished product looked beautiful and made a tremendous impact in how the home presented. The results speak for themselves: the property received six offers after the first weekend open house and ultimately sold for over $80,000 above ask. First impressions mean everything in real estate, especially in today's market, and what could have been a major drawback became one of buyers' favorite features of the home. I truly believe Kimberly and her team played a significant role in the success of this sale, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality flooring work and exceptional service.

We had them repair a terrible subfloor and replace the carpet. They were very flexible with their timeline as we were doing multiple projects at the same time. The work was good and I would happily recommend them.
