We had a fantastic experience with these guys when we needed new flooring after moving into our home. From start to finish, they were professional, helpful, and genuinely easy to work with. Bob was incredibly professional and made it clear that he cared about helping us get what we wanted while also getting us the best deal possible. I never felt like I was being upsold or pushed toward something we didn’t need. Corbin was also excellent to work with. His communication throughout the entire process was great! He kept us informed every step of the way without ever overdoing it. During the installation, they tore out some of the existing flooring and discovered that part of the subfloor underneath had rotted. They handled it exactly how you’d hope: they clearly explained what they found, walked us through the problem, and helped us figure out how to get it taken care of properly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend them. When it’s time to replace the carpet on the other floors of our house, these are the guys I plan to call.

The team was great!! The communication was immediate so we could move quickly since we had an emergency with our plumbing. The flooring is beautiful and they did a great job with the install. We felt the price was fair for the quality material and the team that came to get it done. We will hire them again on our next planned project!!

Really happy with the flooring replacement. The new floors immediately gave the rooms a cleaner and more finished appearance. I like the simple design because it works with the existing furniture, walls, and other finishes without competing for attention. The transitions between different areas also look neat, which gives the installation a consistent appearance throughout the space. The new surface feels practical for everyday use and should be easier to maintain. The rooms look brighter and more cohesive now. Overall, it was a relatively simple improvement that made a significant difference to the interior.

We had a wonderful experience with Floor Coverings International. Bob was very knowledgeable and helpful during our initial consultation and gave me a reasonable quote very quickly. They were always quick to reply to any questions or concerns I had, even outside business hours. They were able to start the install as soon as our flooring came in and the process was so seamless and quick, while still maintaining quality workmanship, which was very important to me having 4 small children who spend a majority of their time in the space that was getting flooring. And they even fixed a couple of tiles they noticed in a different area that were loose without having been asked, which I was so thankful for!

Bob and Corbin were great to work with. They had a large selection of floor coverings, and were friendly, helpful, and informative for every step along the way. The install was quick and smooth. Would definitely recommend them for any flooring needs.
