I had an appointment with a different company who kept giving excuses or didn't want to drive to my house in West Point. So I searched flooring near me, and Floor Coverings International came up. I had an appointment for the next day. Bob came by and was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I needed carpet for my entire house, it was a large job. Estimate came in a little high. We negotiated and came to fair price. His team of installers was 2 guys but they were fast and very hard workers. That did a great job and completed the job within the time and days I requested. Highly recommend floor coverings International for your carpet needs. Thanks Bob and Team

Literally don't stand behind their work or their products. Called 3 times to have them fix the problems. Never a return call. Carpet was not measured correctly for the size of room, put a seam length wize across the room. Wood flooring constantly opens up with gaps. I gave them several months from last call to attempt to get a hold of myself, before giving this review.

I had 3 other bids and you were the best priced that came with a premium carpet and memory foam pad, installation, furniture move, etc. and you and your company is above others. You guys are clean-dressed, professional, accomodating, priced right and just easy to work with, so thank you for the experience! Corbin in project management and scheduling is very accommodating and responsive! Your installers were top notch!!! Randy, Eddie and the other (can't remember his name) were so kind, prefessional and are very good at what they do! If I need more carpet, Bob is who I will choose!

We could not be more pleased with the new flooring in our home. Bob has 100s of choices and brings them to your home. It was great to be able to look at them against my current flooring. This was one of my favorite things! When everything was installed, Bob wanted to be sure that everything was perfect. We had a few dings that needed repair and Bob had an awesome handyman at our house right away. Who does that? Most places would walk away saying that’s just part of flooring replacement. We are thrilled with our new floors and the level of customer service we received. 10/10 recommend.

Bob was incredibly nice to work with. We had our 1940’s floor refinished and it’s absolutely stunning! Ricardo and his team made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted! Our floors are no longer a red orange color!

They were very professional, timely to set up an appointment and gave an honest evaluation of the work with no pressure or sales tactics, just laid out the options and the price in a very friendly casual manner. The installation team was also quick and professional and did a great job with the carpet, I appreciate companies like this and will use them again in the future.

Working with Bob was amazing. He brought the showroom to our home, where we could see the samples in the lighting of our own home. When it came to installation, Kaden and company did an absolutely perfect job. All in all it was the best experience we could have hoped for. When we need flooring again, we’ll be giving Bob a call!
