I had such a great experience with Devin and his team at Floor Coverings International. From the beginning, Devin made everything easy. He came to my house, talked with me about what I was looking for, and brought samples that fit my style. He really listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect flooring for my home. Rebecca kept me updated throughout the entire process, so I always knew what to expect. The installation crew was friendly and professional, worked hard, and was respectful of my home. They cleaned up everything when they were finished, and the entire installation was completed in just two days. I absolutely love my new floors. They turned out even better than I had imagined and have completely changed the look of my home. Devin and Rebecca both followed up after the installation was complete to make sure I was happy with everything. The customer service from beginning to end was exceptional, and I truly felt like they cared about making sure I was happy with the final result. If you’re looking for a flooring company you can trust, I definitely recommend giving Devin and his team at Floor Coverings International a call. I couldn’t be happier with my new floors!

I am blown away at the full experience we received from the whole Floor Coverings International of The Woodlands team from start to finish. To start, during the sell you could tell they were different. We first had a few other companies out to quote us, and they were using very weird and uncomfortable pressure techniques to get us to sign before they left. We did not feel comfortable. Some of them required us to pay everything up front, and all of them felt like the sell was more important to them than us getting the floors of our dreams. FCI was different. In the home, Devin took all the time we needed to discuss, explain, recommend, and work with us. He answered questions thoroughly, but more importantly, he asked a lot of questions! He understood our needs. Then, once we signed, Rebecca and the production team showed an expert level of project management by keeping us updated along the entire process. We were shocked at how thorough they were. Honestly to the point where we thought they were over communicating haha which I would never have thought! On top of all of that, Alfredo and the install crew treated our home with max respect. They were so nice and worked so hard. Other companies told us it would be about a week or two to install, their crew was extremely careful and thorough and completed in 3 days! You are doing yourself a dis-service by not at least trying them and having them out. I felt like I just experienced a premium service. Can’t wait for my next flooring project with them

We had an excellent experience with Floor Coverings International from beginning to end and couldn’t be happier with how our floors turned out. Devin, the owner, was great to work with from the very beginning. He took the time to work with us, helped get the entire process started, and made us feel comfortable with our decision. There was never any pressure, and he followed through on what he promised. Once the project got underway, Rebecca handled the day-to-day communication and was fantastic. She was always checking in, keeping us updated on the schedule and progress, and making sure we knew what was happening throughout the installation. That level of communication made the whole process incredibly easy. Fernando and his installation crew did an outstanding job. We were originally told the installation would take three days, but they were able to complete everything in just two, without sacrificing the quality of the work. They went above and beyond, especially with moving our furniture out of the rooms and carefully putting everything back exactly where it belonged when they were finished. They treated our home and belongings with great care, and the quality of their installation was excellent. The flooring and baseboards turned out beautifully. From Devin getting everything started, to Rebecca keeping everything organized and communicating with us, to Fernando and his crew doing such a great job with the installation, this was a first-class experience all the way through. We’re extremely happy with the finished result and would absolutely recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone considering new flooring.

Devin is in a league of his own. Not only is he great at what he does in the flooring business, he has something much rarer to find in today’s world of would be contractors. And that is character. He is a man of integrity and class. Someone I am happy to do business with for a lifetime. I pray for more entrepreneurs like Devin Hedgepeth in this crazy world.

The FCI team completely transformed my space. It was worth every penny from start to finish. They redid the tile in my bathroom and I got new flooring in the master bedroom. I never guessed what the next step was or where we were in the project. All the way from them first visiting my home for the design meeting to the ordering to the install crew. They did a great job. The installers were so meticulous and respectful. I would use them again EVERY SINGLE TIME. At the very least, it is worth scheduling an appointment with them, you have nothing to lose. They aren’t pushy and give great advice

I highly recommend Floor Coverings International. Devin has exceptional knowledge of everything floors. We had a very specific (old) wood floor we needed to match.
