The FCI team completely transformed my space. It was worth every penny from start to finish. They redid the tile in my bathroom and I got new flooring in the master bedroom. I never guessed what the next step was or where we were in the project. All the way from them first visiting my home for the design meeting to the ordering to the install crew. They did a great job. The installers were so meticulous and respectful. I would use them again EVERY SINGLE TIME. At the very least, it is worth scheduling an appointment with them, you have nothing to lose. They aren’t pushy and give great advice

Devin the owner / salesman did not pressure us at all. He just quoted us a very fair price. The guys came in when they said they would and work diligently. They completed four bedrooms in 2 days which included moving all the furniture out of and back into all four bedrooms the bedrooms. I couldn't be happier with their work.

Wish I had started here! I called Devin after I purchased a floor from a brick and mortar flooring store after they ultimately informed me the floor was on back order and could not guarantee delivery in time for my project. I had my heart set on this particular floor. I called Flooring International and explained my situation to his office manager who arranged for Devin to come out that evening. When Devin came out to my house and showed us flooring options, he had already researched my "back ordered" floor to make sure he was only showing us reasonable substitutes. I ultimately decided to go with my original floor with a slight shade variation only because I was already committed and emotionally attached. I give Devin credit for really trying to help me knowing the situation. He genuinely wanted make sure I was going to love my new floors. If i had to do it all over again, I would have started with Devin. I spent weeks hauling heavy floor samples from stores to see them in my house. Devin brings the samples to your home. What a huge luxury! I am confident that if we had used Devin and Flooring International, we would have been very happy. I will highly recommend him and his team to my friends and neighbors.

We had been shopping for new flooring for quite some time, but we were nervous about taking on such a big project. Our existing floor was stained and sealed concrete, and we knew it would require quite a bit of preparation before anything new could be installed. Devin with Floor Coverings International came to our home and brought several flooring samples for us to look through. He explained exactly what would need to be done to prepare our concrete and even left us with a sample box so we could lay it out and make sure it was really what we wanted. There was absolutely no pressure to buy! Once we made our decision, Rebecca, the project coordinator, kept us updated on the delivery of our flooring and where we were on the schedule. When installation day arrived, the crew came in and took over. They were extremely courteous and took great care with our furniture and appliances, both moving everything out and putting it all back when the job was finished. Since our project took five days, they also cleaned everything up before leaving each afternoon. If you’re looking for new flooring or carpet, give Floor Coverings International a call. We were very pleased with the entire experience, and hopefully you will be too! ☆Although the flooring may look different from one photo to another, it’s all the same! The lighting simply brings out the different shades and richness of the floor. (There is carpet in the last photo)
