BUYERS BEWARE! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THE FREDERICKBURG VA OFFICE!!! If you have to work with Hamed or any of the staff from the Frederickburg, VA office you will encounter problems. I will continue to update this thread as we go through the process. Bottom Line: The project management team is sub par, workers dont speak any English, incorrect flooring installed, shoddy craftsmanship, and horrendous customer service from upper management at the Fredericksburg location. RCI Flooring has a great reputation, but the Frederickburg VA location is horrible!!! It has gotten to the point where Lawyers have to get involved for a simple $17,000 flooring job. I will detail this debacle in future posts.

Excellent attention to detail. The owners are very kind and professional. We had their company install flooring throughout all of our home and it is a job very well done. Highly recommend!

We had LVP flooring installed through Floor Coverings International and had a great experience from start to finish. Cristy was wonderful to work with and able to match the flooring I already had perfectly. The installation team did a great job and so fast! The floors look amazing. Highly recommend!

I am a general contractor and I love using floor coverings international to do my floors because they do a great job every time. They are professional. They are clean and the floor looks amazing every single time and my clients are always very pleased with the outcome. If you were looking for flooring installations, I highly recommend this company.

Super happy with this flooring company and our new kitchen floors! From the very beginning, everything moved really fast and smoothly. They were easy to schedule with and communicated effectively. The turnaround time surprised us — they got the job done way faster than we expected yet maintained attention to detail. The floors look great as is the quality of the work. The crew was friendly, respectful of our home, and cleaned up after themselves. If you need flooring done quickly but still want it to look amazing, I’d definitely recommend them
