Leif was very kind, thorough, and transparent during the walk-through and estimate. He even brought the carpet samples to my home to choose from. The finacial process was VERY easy. The 1100sqft carpet install took 3 days, and there was a bit of a miscommunication, but Leif and Maycee made sure I was taken care of, and were very easy to get a hold of. I am super happy with their professionalism, how the job went, and my new carpet. I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International (Panhandle).

We had many hiccups during our installment of our floor in our whole house. I do want to say leif stands by his work. And his staff is easy to work with. They had to come back serval times to fix the floor. And covered the unexpected expenses that came about. If your having your floor done I would ask alot of questions about the contracted installer that will be doing your projected for them.

We first were aware of Floor Coverings International Texas Panhandle at a Civic Center Home Show. We decided to ask them to come to our home as they had a mobile showroom. We were Not going from one carpet store to another and be harassed by salespeople with endless follow-up calls and literature. Rick Marcear met with us with such patience and respect. We chose a full carpet house replacement and bath. Our first choice of our bath floor upon arrival just didn't seem to work (our fault in choice) and picked another perfect vinyl. The bath floor was uneven and not conducive to laying anything and Ryan simply built a new sub-flooring and laid the vinyl before we knew he did it. Maycee came to our project to check on us, our installation and simply our status - class act. We had heavy and bulky furniture to move and was done without any issues. The job was left clean and on-time. Rick was incredible to deal with in being the Quarterback of our project from start to end with a personal walk-through to inspect every part or our house. The pricing beat everyone in town. All I can say was this was a "perfect experience." We would highly recommend this company as folks are real, honest, truthful and we did not want to hear sales junk or feel any pressures. We had not replaced our carpet in years and genuinely dreaded it, but Rick made it a great experience. Our carpet is beautiful, well laid by Ryan and his helper whose experience was apparent. The job was on-time and exceeded our expectations. If we had any idea of a perfect home flooring replacement, this was the team. 5 Star!

We had some rocky experiences, but Floor Coverings International was there for us! I really enjoyed working with Rick, Maycee, and Leif on our bathroom project. They were all very easy to talk to and care about our home as evident by how they handled our case. The first sub-contractors FCI hired were a disaster; there was a language barrier, sloppy work, disregard for our home, and poor communication. We weren't happy with the job done and informed Leif. Leif took time out of his schedule to meet with us and agreed the job was not done well. FCI paid for any materials lost from the bad contractors and fired them. FCI then let us help choose the next sub-contractors with Yellow City Remodelling. The job done was night and day different and now our bathroom is beautiful and good quality. Maycee checked on us often to make sure we were happy moving forward and tracked our progress. :) We were out a shower for 2 months, but Floor Coverings made the process a lot easier and gave us peace of mind that they would take care of us.
