It was nice to shop in my own home because I could really see the colors in the lighting of my house and my wall colors rather than in a showroom and there were tons of products and variety to choose from. One of the things I really hate about working with contractors is that they like to give you a low quote and then the price starts going up after the work starts, which kind of leaves you screwed. The guy from Floor Coverings International was upfront and said he couldn't promise the lowest price but he would promise that the price would be full and final. He even said he would eat the costs if he found he made a mistake on his estimate after I signed. He also didn't try to sell me the most expensive product he had.

Great experience - Katie was really friendly and took the time to get to know about the vision we had for our home. After discussing more about what we wanted, she went to her van and came back with a few different samples from different price ranges and told us about the features and benefits of each one. It made choosing the right floor design a lot easier than I expected. The whole interaction left me feeling happy as a lark.

My wife and I are absolutely satisfied with our brand new carpet! "Floor Coverings International Gwinnett," replaced our carpet, and put brand new carpet in at a price that fit our budget perfectly! The quality of the carpet is impressive! They arrived promptly, they moved our bedroom furniture out, and was finished in about an hour and a half. They cleaned up, vacuumed up, and picked up any mess they made like the carport fragments etc., and they very neatly, put our furniture back in place perfectly. We love the no stain color, and we love how soft the texture is, especially for the low price, compared to every other company's quote we received! Now, I do my push-ups and work out with my hand weights, right on my bedroom floor, and the carpet feels good when I collapse on it once I'm finished with my daily workout . I had an immediate referral for him, who received an amazing quote for their whole house! I told Orlando, the owner that I will refer him to everyone, so he made it easy by sending me a digital card. I'm telling you that you won't beat his price, for the quality!
