DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are mismanaged, poor quality, & have unacceptable disregard for their mistakes. I was told this job would take "7-10 days, no more than 2 weeks to complete". The removal of the floor inundated every crevice of our home with silica dust, lighting, walls, ceilings, in & on bathroom vanity cabinets & drawers, inside all kitchen cabinets covering dishes and food items, on & in clothing that was in drawers & hanging in closets, items on shelves 8+ feet high. We were told they would "wrap our furniture in plastic," furniture in rooms that had not even been worked in yet had dust (see photos). The backsplash cost double of competitor's, Company refused to trim edges like the backsplash they had removed, and they never finished (see photos). The walls & painted cabinetry were not protected, leaving the lower 24" scarred & damaged (see photos). When they initially claimed they were finished and wanting to begin moving furniture back in place, I had to show/tell them the entire house was covered in dust, & the floor was covered in a "dried on haze," from the grout being mopped by their sub-contractor (see haze photos). This Company would have walked away calling the job "complete" if I had not said anything. The grout was uneven & compromised, as well as the haze needing to be removed. The Company sent other outside contract companies to attempt to clean and repair grout without being present to oversee the work and the results themselves as they were too busy with other jobs. This project was a complete nightmare keeping us out of our house for Thanksgiving and Christmas. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Excellent pricing and very smooth experience from the beginning. She explained what was needed and gave genuine solutions for our situation, saving us cost. We did get 3 other quotes from local flooring companies and none of them offered the cost efficient way to correct our subfloor, only them. Quick and painless experience, we could not be happier!

My neighbor used Floor Covering International for her hardwood floors and she was happy with the results and quality of service she received. From the first day I spoke with Ashley, I felt at peace knowing I didn't have to go to several stores to see the material. Ashley brought it to my house. Ashley is always punctual and professional. She listened to me and gave me ideas for my renovation. The work was fast, and her team was also professional and punctual. I will use this company in the near future for other renovations.

Updates: Avoid them by any means. Go with other floor contractors. The communication has been very poor. I'm promised one thing by Asheley and then told another thing by her crew lead. I deem the staircase needing to be replaced and she says no disregarding anything I say. From her conversation with her crew lead that I overheard when the crew lead was on site, she said she won't replace anything and if I say anything else she will deal with me. Completely two faced. The adhesives that she said she can inject under the nose to help with the noise simply don't work. I also found out from another floor contractor that she upcharges everything a lot, especially for materials that are cheap to begin with. I recommend buying those materials yourself and just get a quote for labor. Don't bother choosing staircase nosing as they want you to either, choose solid tread and buy those yourself. With all those headaches, I'm giving them 1 star. Updates: Ashley is helpful and explained things to us genuinely. Currently in the process of getting those things fixed. Will update again once completed. Updates: the staircase keeps making cracking noise. Now there are some nosings that just constantly make the cracking noises and its because their attachment to the bottom got weakened. Combined with all the gaps and big nail holes that I tried so hard to cover and still look bad, I would reduce to a 2 star rating. Gets the job done but quality could be improved considering how much I paid, especially on the staircase where the nosing could've been placed better and nail holes could've been taken care of better.

Ashley, Tina and team were great to work with! I had purchased materials already from Lowe’s and needed someone to help install. They helped me install flooring upstairs and on my staircase -even working with me to reschedule quickly when materials were delayed delivery from Lowe’s! Highly recommend!
