We had hardwood flooring put in our home replacing the carpet. We replace the living area, hallway, and master bedroom. We did transitions from the carpeted bedrooms and tile flooring in the kitchen and extra bathrooms. The entire experience was informative and gave / showed options in color and texture. We could not be happier with the process and results. Also the price was extremely competitive for the result we got. Could not be happier! Highly recommend Floor Covering International Plano.

Ryan (salesman) and Mario's crew did a fantastic job removing our old flooring and installing new - all within one week. We have a very open floor plan, but yet they kept dust to minimum. They moved furniture, and put it back! Awesome job on the transitions and the baseboard molding.

I wanted to believe that a company would stand behind their work but I was wrong here. Floor Coverings International put in my laminate flooring in 2020. Here we are just 4 years later and we are seeing ripples in the planks and spots where there is an obvious void beneath the planks. This tells me the floor beneath was not prepared properly l. I notified the company and right off the bat they quote me over 2K just to fix the two spots with a void. Very disappointed.

They listened to the vision my wife and I had for our master bathroom while providing their guidance and opinions. They made sure no detail was over looked. As for the project timeline, it was clearly communicated and they stuck to it. The team was punctual and respectful of my home. They communicated every step of the way to make sure there were no surprises. The finished bathroom and master bedroom floor is beautiful! They took our very standard 70's style bathroom and transformed it into what feels like a spa.
