They responded almost immediately to my inquiry on Angie’s. Was able to schedule with a couple days notice and the work was completed on time. Just a small repair job, but they still treated me as if it were a major one. Would use them again.

John at Floor Coverings International was fantastic to work with. He was extremely professional from the start, showing up on time to listen to what we wanted and take all the measurements for three bedrooms, the family room, a master bedroom, and the game room. He provided a very fair, super competitive price for the project. When it was time for installation, he arrived on time with his crew, walked the whole house, and made sure everyone understood exactly what needed to be done. They managed to knock out the entire job in one full day. He even called the next day to ensure everything was fine and offered to come by for a final walkthrough. John is an all-around spectacular guy, and it's a great company.

After a major water leak that ended up requiring foundation work, John Conroy was a huge help getting everything put back together. What impressed me most was that he wasn't trying to sell us things we didn't need. He showed us what flooring could be saved, helped us pick out the new carpet, and then somehow got it delivered and installed incredibly fast. He also went way beyond the flooring—fixing loose stonework that had become a trip hazard and repairing shower tile damaged during the foundation work. Incredible service and high-quality work. I can't recommend John enough!

Ryan and his team did an incredible job ripping out the carpet and replacing with hardwood and changing out the tile to in all guest bathrooms. The service was highly responsive and professional!

Ryan was so supportive and helpful with all the process. every single one of the people that did installation were polite and kind and they were respectful of our property, all of our belongings. we couldn't have been happier with the way it turned out. it was fantastic.
