Super impressed from the beginning to the end. The whole process was seamless. John was personable, knowledgeable, and answered ANY question I had. After committing to a plan, the workers arrived with punctuality and paid attention to detail. They worked very hard! They got my entire upstairs (over 1800 ft.²) completed, including the stairs in one day! And the area was left spotless. Not a single carpet fiber, in sight! I was very, very pleased. Pricing was on point and very reasonable. I would definitely use them again for all my flooring needs!

Hired Ryan and the FCI Plano team to replace the carpet and install hardwood for the 2 bedrooms/clothes. From start to finish, the process was smooth and well organized (great communication). The project was done in 1 day - quick and easy. Efficient as its best!

I used this company for new flooring throughout my house. They were fantastic to work with. Ryan was able to help me with what would work best for my project without trying to upsell me on anything. He and his team came in and did a great job and did it within the time frame they said it would take. I highly recommend this company.

I’ve had the opportunity to get to know John Conroy and have been impressed by their professionalism, flooring knowledge, and commitment to helping customers make the right choice for their homes. Floor Coverings International makes the process especially convenient by bringing flooring samples directly to the customer, allowing them to compare options in their own space. I would feel confident referring John to anyone considering new flooring for their home or business.

They responded almost immediately to my inquiry on Angie’s. Was able to schedule with a couple days notice and the work was completed on time. Just a small repair job, but they still treated me as if it were a major one. Would use them again.

John at Floor Coverings International was fantastic to work with. He was extremely professional from the start, showing up on time to listen to what we wanted and take all the measurements for three bedrooms, the family room, a master bedroom, and the game room. He provided a very fair, super competitive price for the project. When it was time for installation, he arrived on time with his crew, walked the whole house, and made sure everyone understood exactly what needed to be done. They managed to knock out the entire job in one full day. He even called the next day to ensure everything was fine and offered to come by for a final walkthrough. John is an all-around spectacular guy, and it's a great company.
