"Jobs done were excellent but was a little perturbed on schedule part. Was told that one day carpet would be delivered and old carpet removed but the whole crew showed up for carpet and tile work when I specifically stated to wait on tile until my counter was installed and did not happen. The countertop company almost left because they could not work with tile being busted up but this company stopped and moved stuff out of the way for counters to be installed. I wanted to wait for tile work till after counters but in long run all worked out and everything looks great. One floor board out of whole process got damaged but not hard to replace. Would still recommend them to others."

"Working with David Stone at Floor Coverings International was one of the best experiences we've had with a flooring company. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, David was professional, responsive, and thorough. He came out quickly to assess our basement gym, using digital tools to measure and map the room. He walked us through the installation process and preparation needed, even pulling back some of the existing carpet to check how the new gym tiles would fit beneath the baseboards. He also explained how tile thickness and the amount of flecking would affect the finished look, including how noticeable the seams would be. We also got our basement stairs re-carpeted and he was able to easily find/match what we currently have in the rest of our home. We took our time comparing sample colors and fleck densities, and David was patient and helpful throughout. His feedback at several stages helped us choose what turned out to be the perfect flooring for the space. He sourced the materials quickly, kept us informed about progress with the manufacturer, and consistently responded to our messages. The installation team did a wonderful job, and the finished gym floor is beautiful. David even returned the same day the installation was completed to review everything with us and make sure we were happy with the result and had no concerns. "We recently had new laminate flooring put in our home’s living area and we could not be happier with the job done by all the staff at Floor Coverings International. Our initial inquiry was answered promptly and all of our wants and concerns were discussed at length. Unfortunately when the installers began work they found old asbestos and had to stop. FCI management went well above and beyond by testing the material at their own expense and spent a great deal of unpaid time finding us a local company that would remove the asbestos quickly. After it was removed, FCI installers put in the new floor and we are delighted with the results. Our 70 year old home looks almost new, just with the addition of this floor.
