We worked with Tim and his group and they were excellent! We had pre-finished hardwood installed in 2 good sized bedrooms, the closets in those rooms, the hallway and hallway closet. The pre-finished wood looks great and the crew did a fantastic job. The transitions between hallway and bedrooms and hallway and bathroom (tile) came out very nice and overall we were very impressed. Everyone on the crew was very respectful and worked really hard, finishing the project in only 2 days. Definitely recommend others talk to Tim if you are looking to redo any flooring.

Amazing experience! We had carpet replaced in 4 bedrooms. First, we met with Mike (owner of the franchise), who came to our house with lots of samples and took measurements to provide quote. He listened to what we wanted and offered great suggestions and didn't try to "upsell" but rather his goal was to "right sell". He's very professional, takes pride in his business and genuinely wants his customers to be delighted with the outcome. Mike nailed it with us! The morning of our install, Mike showed up before the two installers arrived, to be sure they knew the plan. The installers (Eddie and his friend??) were top notch. They moved all the furniture with great care before laying down the carpet with meticulous precision. The guys were accommodating, incredibly strong, worked their tails off, cleaned up and got it all done in one day, where it would be a 2 day job for most installers. We were more than happy to tip them to show our appreciation for all their hard work and they were very grateful. Once they left, I immediately called Mike to tell him our experience and what a fabulous job they did. He was thrilled to hear all about it. Also, I have a friend that had a similar experience with floor tiling that they did for her, referring to Mike and his entire team, as "exceptional". Mike is definitely the go-to guy for any type of flooring,

I had my home done with new carpet and flooring.They are a great company. Very professional and they know what they are doing. You will meet the owner Bo Becker. To pick out what you want. A very friendly nice guy. Then you will meet Francisco. Very awesome guy. He takes care of his crew that does the work. He would stop by a few times a day to make sure everything is going great and if I had any questions. I love my new home!!! I had my kitchen done from Empire a few years ago and they dont even come close to the experience I had with Floor Coverings International. I would recommend them to everyone!!

My new engineered hardwood floor is beautiful and was installed quickly and professionally. I needed the old carpet out and new floor in by a particular date and Casey worked with me to get it ordered and installed on time. I wanted a natural wood in narrower board widths (3”) and was able to find that through FCI when most other products were wider or weren’t natural wood. Very satisfied and highly recommend especially the convenience of him bringing samples to my house so matching woodwork was easy!
