I had an incredible experience working with Chris from Floor Coverings International! He showed up right on time and was so patient with me while I went back and forth on color choices. He provided a quote on the spot, which was quick and convenient. When the initial option ended up being more than I expected, Chris worked with me to find a beautiful carpet that fit both my style and my budget. I was also on a tight timeline to get the carpet installed before listing photos, and Chris managed to squeeze me in last minute—huge relief! The installation team arrived on time and were so sweet and thoughtful. My baby won’t nap unless she’s in her crib, and they kindly put her room back together right away so she could sleep. Even JD, the owner, was on-site to ensure everything went smoothly. The carpet looks and feels amazing—I’m beyond impressed with the professionalism, kindness, and quality of work from the whole team. Highly recommend Floor Coverings International.
