I can't say enough about Ben and his team. They came out to meet me and offered a wide selection of flooring options. I chose to go with the luxury vinyl and it is perfect for a house with dogs and kids. The installation went smooth and they took their time to make sure the flooring looked great!

I honestly can't recommend this company enough! From start to finish, the team were there for every question, concern and surprise that came up! We had a bunch of work done with various companies around the same time, and the communication and customer service was by far the most superior and exactly what you would want for peace of mind when investing into your home. From being flexible with dates, assisting with choosing a product and really being experts in their field, Justin and the team guided us throughout the entire process and even afterwards. We got a luxury vinyl floor put in with a removal of our previous floor. Justin set an expectation and far exceeded it. We were on a tight schedule with half of our home being an Air BnB, and once the floor was lifted we realised there was a much bigger job and than expected underneath. The team got straight to work doing everything in their power to get the job done on time, most importantly without sacrificing the quality of the work. From levelling out the mess underneath the floors, and communicating every step of the way with us, they even brought in additional labor at their own expense, to make sure they could adhere to the timeline we had agreed on beforehand. Throughout giving suggestions as to what looks cleaner and what is most practical for all the little things that come along with a renovation such as this. I feel like these days lots of companies offer the bare minimum and don't seem to really care at the end of the day (which happened with other companies leaving other parts of our house renovation incomplete, not up to standard, or wanting additional money to put things back as they found it) This could not be more different with Floor Coverings International of Aurora. The standard of care was EXCEPTIONAL, the ease of contact, the communication and everything was done in a friendly manner and to make us comfortable. They offer a walkthrough of the home a couple of weeks after the job to ensure everything is up to their very high standards and to ensure we are also happy with the product. We haven't had ours yet, but I have no doubt in mind if any issues were to arise, they would continue the exceptional service. THANKYOU SO MUCH. We love how it looks and if you want to love your floors- go with this company!

I can’t recommend Marty and FCI enough! Our experience has been wonderful and still continues to be as we finish the rest of the rooms in our home. Updating review to reiterate this company's commitment to quality, customer service, and satisfaction. I had an unfortunate accident that caused large gouges/scratches in my beautiful flooring that FCI had installed a couple of years ago. Knew I wanted to call them again to ensure the fix was done to the same stellar quality as the initial install - so happy I did. They were out to my house within a day of calling to look at the work required (shoutout to Chris for putting my mind at ease!) and then out a few days later to make the repairs. It all went so smoothly - from initial contact to project finish was 1 week total! They are so easy to work with; I will continue to keep them as my recommended hardwood flooring company of choice.

When I first contacted “Floor Coverings International, LLC”, I was directed to leave my contact information for Jason! Previously, I’d called other companies that couldn’t answer questions re: Quality, Mold or Standards!! Their LOSS! My GAIN - Later, Jason returned my call, set an appt and arrived with product samples for both jobs, same day! Hearing the company’s goals & standards, I felt confident enough & knew I should move forward with “Floor Coverings”! So, Let’s play 🏀! It was unlike a previous flooring company who unapologetically installed poor installation & poor vinyl tile that lifted from the floor and did not last a year!! All their promises were fabricated & unwarranted!! Jason, with Floor Coverings INTL, LLC, on the other hand, exhibited excellent customer care, surpassing all expectations that I’d had, and he was not timid in answering questions!! He certainly has this way about himself that assures you, that “you’re in good hands”!! Jason being knowledgeable & skilled in his craft, “in sync’s” with my concerns, therefore, we were able to agree on a promising finished product! “Yea 🙌🏽 There were two sets of professional skilled experts that remained committed to their assignment!! One was for the floor/crew and the other for my shower/crew! The floor was completed in one day, which surpassed my expectations & the shower was completed a few days later because of the tidious request for originality, with no added alterations & “David”/crew also surpassed my expectations!! (One pic avail for each job) Last but not least, Jason’s Project Manager, “Andrew”, has studiously followed up and ensured that both jobs were completed correctly & in a timely fashion and I’ve informed him that I was “Very Satisfied” with the finished projects!! Had anyone saw the before & after pics, you would understand!! “Both jobs” were completed in “excellent mode” and aligned with the goals & values that were shared with me by Jason!! I am extremely elated to share this review letting everyone know that “Floor Covering International, LLC” is the perfect company a family can rely on in getting the job done right “THE FIRST TIME”!! ❤️

The entire process from the quote, floor samples, installation was seemless. We even had a storm with some water come the morning after installation and they rushed over to make sure there was no water damage from the water that came under the door. 5 stars!

Based on prior reviews and after getting a couple of quotes from several potential businesses, I decided to go with Floor Coverings international to replace carpeting with flooring in my future home office. Believe the five star reviews! Steve and the team were great! He came out to take room measurements and show me samples, explained the various options, and then provided a variety of quotes for different options until I found one that worked for me and my vision! Scheduling was a breeze. The guys who installed the flooring were professional, quick, and did a great job. Highly recommend!
