Floor Coverings International We had them come in on a remodel with older wood floors, and the match was so good you genuinely can’t tell where old stops and new starts. So good, in fact, that the homeowner said: “Yeah… y’all need to come back and make the original floors pretty too.” That’s trust. That’s craftsmanship. That’s knowing who to call when details matter. I picked and called a floor covering website on google and Joshua was the first to answer, and he’s now the person installing our floors. What a helpful and patient guy. He answered all my questions and helped me understand the process better. He came to our house so many times to help us pick the perfect floor for. He was transparent about everything and kept us in his best interest when making decisions. Joshua treats us like family and all his work has been flawless. Josh’s guidance and product knowledge were invaluable, especially for our lifestyle as a large family with lots of pets. He helped us select the perfect flooring that’s both beautiful and practical. I prayed about doing the floor because it tends to be a big expense. The moment I talk to Josh I had that peace. Since day one Josh explained everything to us. Josh was very thorough in explaining the process. He was very respectful of my time. I work and study throughout the week and weekend. But even then they were very respectful when I studied or did my online quiz. He gave me heads up on what to expect and when to expect. His crew is also very experienced and respectful.
