Josh and his team were incredibly thoughtful and thorough. From the beginning, Josh made every effort to get to know our home and what we were ultimately interested and able to do. Not interested in upselling, but also purposeful in his education so that we could make the most informed and wise decision. His team was prompt and hard working on the day of the install, and he went above and beyond to ensure that we were pleased with the final product. Will absolutely be using them again if/when we have another flooring project.

Josh and his team are incredible! From first meeting them at our home to listening to every detail of what we wanted when it came To our flooring needs he got us top tier and showed up how it would even look with ai and a ton of options ! Wally jay and arlo did a fantastic job laying down the flooring and we couldn’t have been more than happier with the awesome pricing the quality and the timely manner! Strong recommend — we will use them again for other flooring needs! Josh and Kayson were great to work with throughout the process. They were great listeners, responsive, integrity-first, and respectful of our home and schedule. They replaced about 1,100 sq ft of flooring and baseboards with “tile” LVP, and had to remove ceramic tile and laminate to do so. The process was completed in four days!

We had an above and beyond experience with Josh and his team! When I first reached out to him, we already had a couple of other quotes. However after Josh and his assistant Kason visited us, it was clear who we wanted to work with! Josh arrived pre-stocked with dozens of amazing flooring samples, while also being open to install 3rd party brands. He answered all of our peculiar questions, did precise measurements and provided a detailed quote right on the spot. His pricing may not be the cheapest, but is highly competitive, and for the level of care and expertise I think it is a great deal! We were on a tight schedule, and Josh made sure to accommodate us with all the right installer crews exactly to our timeline. The installers were prompt and did an amazing job. Any small imperfections we found the day after, were quickly addressed by Josh and his crews. Special thanks to Kason for driving around multiple stores to find the exact caulk color and the exact type of transition molding we wanted. Our home looks so much nicer and cozier now, and all family members are very happy to be inside this beautiful living space! We can highly recommend Floor Coverings International, and the next time we need new floors we will go straight to Josh!

Our home was built 12 years ago and we finally decided to pull up the carpet and extend the real hardwoods from the hall into the master bedroom. When I tell you the transition, color match and detail of hand scraping was perfect, IT WAS PERFECT. We love it!! We are also using them for carpet upstairs but haven’t done that yet. They did bring samples of carpet and pad samples for us to “try”. Super helpful bc we could definitely feel the differences. Josh’s whole team was super professional and communicated well.

Josh and his install team were amazing through the whole process. Josh is super knowledgeable about all his products and takes the time to explain everything. The mobile show room is a great touch to be able to see the products in your home. I have already recommended Josh to someone else and will continue to do so!
