We had a great experience with our carpet installation\. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish\. What really stood out was the care taken with our belongings and furniture\. Everything was moved carefully, put back exactly where it belonged, and before leaving, they even took the time to ask us if everything was back in the correct spot and if we were happy with it\. It’s those little details and the extra level of care that make a big difference\. The carpet looks fantastic, the installation was done right, and our home was treated with respect throughout the entire process\. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring installation and great customer service\!

Impressed with Floor Coverings International’s work. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish.I had 2 carpeted bedrooms replaced with vinyl flooring. The finished job looks great; the installers were polite, professional, and efficient.They arrived promptly, treated the work area with care, and confirmed with me that the installed flooring was satisfactory before leaving. The rooms look fantastic! I would definitely recommend them for your flooring needs!

Do not use this company! I am currently in dispute process with them as they DO NOT know what they are doing. I asked for stained concrete, and they did not prep the floors properly causing the stain to run and then sealed it (see my attached pictures), they then covered the flooring with LVP and less than a year later the floors are cupping, and the glue is separating causing hollow spot under the planks.

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International. From the initial consultation through installation, the team was professional, responsive, and made sure everything was done right. What really stood out was that they actually followed up with us well after the installation to make sure everything was still looking great and that we were happy with the flooring. That level of follow, through is hard to find. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring and great customer service.

Floor Coverings International is an incredible company! I was blown away by their upfront and personal business practice. They bring a van out to your house and provide samples. Super happy with my floors and will definitely be using them again in the future!

I hired Fred for a stained concrete project, but he was unable to deliver the promised results. As a compromise, we agreed to cover the concrete with Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring. Less than a year later, the LVP is already cupping and bubbling. When I raised the issue, the business offered $2,000 as a final settlement, which does not cover the cost to properly fix the failing floors. Furthermore, when I informed them I was hiring an independent flooring inspector to assess the damage, they stated they would not cooperate with the inspection or share their own inspection report. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work and the lack of accountability.

Floor Coverings International Review We desperately needed an upgrade from the original carpet in our home, so when I saw Fredlin’s post about the summer discounts, I reached out. He responded very quickly, and we met the very next day. He brought flooring samples for us to look at, and we considered both LVP and tile. With two dogs, I wanted something durable and easy to keep clean, but I also wanted flooring that wouldn’t show every footprint. We ultimately chose tile, and I couldn’t be happier with our decision! Once we were ready, Fredlin made the entire process so easy. We signed the contract and got started right away. They completed the whole house, minus the bathrooms, in just one week—and the results are AMAZING! Our project manager, Eddy, was exceptional. He communicated with me throughout the entire project and made sure everything stayed on track. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International, Fredlin, Eddy, and the entire team. From start to finish, the experience was easy, professional, and the finished floors completely transformed our home! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
