Really great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and easy to work with. They helped us choose the right flooring for our home, including LVP and carpet, and made the whole process simple. The installation came out very clean and precise. Everything looks great, and you can tell they take pride in their work. The floors completely changed the feel of the house. We’re very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them.

Fred and his team did an amazing job! We looked into some larger flooring companies, but their pricing was outrageous. From the moment they brought the mobile showroom to our home, they made the entire process simple and stress-free from the estimate all the way to the final walkthrough. What really stood out was their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. They even completed some extra work without asking for additional payment. It's hard to find a company that truly cares about customer satisfaction like they do. I highly recommend Fred and his team. I was somewhat a bit skeptical about the 5 star rating 😉 but then experienced the service and now understand why. Angel and Fred were great the work with. The moment the contract was signed, a group chat was started to help with communication which I must say is their strength. The entire team and process has been painless. For me communication is one of the most important part and they nailed it. Super happy with the hardwood and carpet replacement. It’s a huge upgrade to the builder grade stuff. I would recommend this team to any of my family and friends. Great work guys! This was truly deserving of 5 star service and work.

Fred, was both very professional and flexible. He met with me on site, listened to my concerns and needs and offered insights I hadn’t thought of. He was also patient with me and my wife as we weighed out our options, while also providing guidance. But I was most impressed with the quality of work his flooring company provided. He installed carpet and vinyl in multiple rooms and ensured baseboards and 1/4 rounds were painted. He took good care of my place during the project as we were not moved in at the time and cleaned up appropriately. Fred and Floor Coverings International exceeded my expectations and I would consider hiring them again.
