Fred and his team did an amazing job! We looked into some larger flooring companies, but their pricing was outrageous. From the moment they brought the mobile showroom to our home, they made the entire process simple and stress-free from the estimate all the way to the final walkthrough. What really stood out was their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. They even completed some extra work without asking for additional payment. It’s hard to find a company that truly cares about customer satisfaction like they do. I highly recommend Fred and his team. Do yourself a favor and go with this local company, you’ll thank me later!

Fred, was both very professional and flexible. He met with me on site, listened to my concerns and needs and offered insights I hadn’t thought of. He was also patient with me and my wife as we weighed out our options, while also providing guidance. But I was most impressed with the quality of work his flooring company provided. He installed carpet and vinyl in multiple rooms and ensured baseboards and 1/4 rounds were painted. He took good care of my place during the project as we were not moved in at the time and cleaned up appropriately. Fred and Floor Coverings International exceeded my expectations and I would consider hiring them again.

I recently used Floor Coverings International for new flooring in my home, and overall I had a very positive experience. The convenience of having them bring flooring samples directly to the house made the selection process much easier because I could see the colors and textures in my actual lighting and against my furniture and walls. The installation team was professional, polite, and worked hard to keep everything clean throughout the project. They answered questions along the way and made sure I understood what was happening during the installation process. The finished floors completely changed the look of my home and feel much more updated and durable. What I appreciated most was being able to compare different flooring options side-by-side without the pressure of walking through a giant showroom. Communication was generally good, and any concerns I had were addressed quickly. If you are looking for a company that offers in-home service, a wide selection of products, and professional installation, Floor Coverings International is definitely worth considering.

Fred was great to work with and very helpful. We had our master bedroom floor done and stairway leading upstairs done. The team worked so hard and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend giving them a call for your home remodeling needs. We’re even considering having them come and do a few more rooms since we were so pleased with the process the first time.
