This is the best flooring company I have ever worked in my lifetime. Amazing customer service, best in class quality and reliable and trustworthy people who provide absolutely amazing flooring service. We couldn’t be happier with Fred, Eddy, and the work of their team. They did such a great job removing tile and carpet and installing new lvp in our entire house. They were professional, timely, and paid close attention to detail. We are so pleased with how everything turned out and would highly recommend these guys to anyone in Teravista or Round Rock looking for help with their floors. I would give these guys a million stars if I could. I had all my flooring (minus my bathrooms and one closet) pulled up and replaced with hardwood downstairs, stairs and upstairs. The work was done impeccably and conveniently while I was out of town since it was a big job and took about 4 full days with demo etc. Fred the owner was amazing from start to finish and even came by after to inspect and ensure my happiness before taking the final payment. Eddie, the project manager, was super communicative and really took the care in making sure I was happy with the work all along the way while I was out of town. In terms of cost, not the cheapest option likely, but by far not the most expensive and the customer service and workmanship will have me recommending them to anyone and use them if I ever move and want the same great floors.

Outstanding team! My floor installation went perfectly, but it’s the follow-up support that really sets them apart. When another contractor damaged part of my new flooring, Fred and Eddy stepped in and made sure everything was repaired quickly and professionally. Too many companies focus only on the initial sale—these guys are in it for the long haul and treat customers like lifelong partners. I can’t say enough good things. You’d be making a mistake going anywhere else

Fred was great to work with! He has a lot of flooring options available and in varied price ranges, he was very patient as I struggled to pick out the right flooring for our house. The flooring is beautiful and the new baseboards! When we had an issue with some baseboards mistakes Fred immediately had someone out to inspect the problem and made things right. They also started and ended on time.
