Jim and Jen were wonderful to work with, they are highly knowledgeable and gave great advice on the different products. my wife and I are not very pleased with the final result, when the installer removed the concrete tile, they left high spots, and I can still feel these high spots as I’m walking through the house, we spent a significant amount of money, and we feel this was overlooked the installer wanted to get in and get out, Jim has had his new employee come out and repair some of these high spots. If I had to do this all over again, I think I would’ve went a different route. I feel Jim should’ve been more involved with what his employees were doing throughout the job.

Jim and his crew did a fantastic job for our floors. He was super professional. Took all the time to explain the process and checked in on progress as well and was on top of his team to get it done asap. The quality of the flooring seems top notch as well. My only complaint is I wished his crew had put everything back but the dining area was left as is. But overall I loved their service and would definitely recommend.

Professional, fair and transparent pricing, punctual.... and great quality products and installation... We were very impressed with this company through and through. From the original meeting selecting our flooring to the installation and everything in between, we are very satisfied. We replaced carpet in 4 rooms and stairs; and had LVC installed in a small bathroom. Stormi updated us every step of the way. Scheduling was efficient and timely. We felt respected. We had a very small issue that we were uncertain about. They came back to check it out right away and resolved the problem immediately. I met with multiple companies to get quotes for our project... I'm so glad we chose Floor Coverings International. I would hire them again.

Just the nicest people you could possibly ask to work with they were fair and gave me a great deal. The install on the flooring was flawless and they went above and beyond what I even expected. The work was done the next day. I don’t know if that’s always the case, but it was with me, and I really appreciated that.. Thank you guys so much. I’ll highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering getting flooring done. Stacy Campbell North Richland Hills, TX

Jim’s was on time to take measurements, had the samples with him and completed the estimate in a very efficient and professional manner. Carlos and his associate completed the installation in one day. Floors look great. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

Floor Coverings International stretched our carpet yesterday (different installation company), and from our quote with Jim to the two team members that completed the task, everyone has been great. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and they treated our home with care. Thanks to your entire team!

We tiled our main bathroom shower, floor and the 2nd bathroom floor. Everyone at Floor Coverings from Jim, Stormi, Roberto and Axel were professional, friendly and enjoyable to work with. We are very happy with the outcome and highly recommend them.

Floor Coverings International did a fantastic job with the initial carpet selection, including matching wall color and other decor. Their carpet install process was very quick and easy from initial removal to complete installation. We could not be more happier with our selection!
