Jim explained what he could and would do for our bathroom tub surround and floor. His demo man Lucas was very polite and respectful of us and our property. He was efficient and did good clean up when finished. The tile crew then showed up. Robert and Axel were both very courteous and respectful of us and our property as well. They all communicated what they would do and approximate time it would take. Jim showed up the next day to check with us on any issues and make any corrections if needed. We will be calling Jim for estimates on more projects. Thanks Jim.

I cannot recommend this company enough! We needed transitions installed before selling our house. They came out for a free estimate and completed the work the same day. They were super helpful and affordable.

Jim, did a Reno of our entire house. Jim was responsible for all aspects of the Job. He had it complete in about the same time as estimated and made sure all details were completed and acceptable by me. I would recommend Jim at Floor Coverings International to anyone need home repairs or just fixing it up.

Great experience! I needed flooring replaced at my property in the North Fort Worth area, and was able to manage the project remotely. I had a great experience with Jim. He made the process very easy. I was able to schedule an appointment online, and I was able to get a quote same day. It was my first time buying a new floor, but Jim educated me on what is/is not included and made it simple. Less than a week later, my new floors are in, the installers were professional, clean, and timely. The new floors look great!

Jim provided excellent service from beginning to end of our flooring project. Three different types of flooring installed by three experienced teams. Worked in a timely fashion and cleaned up well after the projects were completed. Would highly recommend.

Amazing company. The 4 men who installed our new carpet worked with care and caution. It was unbelievable how fast the guys were able to move all the furniture to various places in the house, take out the old carpet & pad, clean floors, install the new pad & carpet, clean & vacuum, and then return all my furniture to its original location. And all this was done in about 3 1/2 hours. Amazing. I have so much appreciation for Jim and his company. Thank you.

Jim and the installers at FCI are top notch folks. Jim's quote was competitive and detail oriented. Our installers, Luk and Rocky were great and efficient. I would recommend FCI to anyone. Really nice folks. (They also did about 300 sq.ft. of tile removal in the kitchen and removed carpet in 4 rooms. They had to match existing LVP and laced it in PERFECTLY!)
