I am happy to give this company and more specifically Jim a 5 star rating, reasons? Glad you asked, answered the phone when I called, made appointments on time and even showed up early. Work was performed the day it was scheduled and in a very reasonable amount of time. Jim is my kind of vendor and he will have my future business… when I save up some more money.

After starting a flooring project ourselves, we found ourselves overwhelmed and not as knowledgeable as the professionals. We sought out three flooring companies who had come highly recommended by neighbors and friends to come give us an estimate to finish the project. We reached out to all three. Jim with Floor Coverings International was the first one to return our call. He was very professional. Within a day, we had a consultation scheduled. Our consultation included ideas we had NOT thought of, as we were ripping out carpet to convert our family room into our home gym / pool room. They not only did they provide us with recommendations, their prices werw very competitive and their reviews all positive. We hired them to complete our project as we went with one of their recommendations, epoxy. We are super pleased with the process from start to finish. We love the epoxy floor. Thanks Jim!
