We had a great experience with Jim and his crew! Jim came out the same day we called to show us samples, and we were so impressed we decided to move forward right away. By noon the next day, his crew was already here starting demo. The job included a lot of tile, so we expected a messy process. It definitely got dusty, but Jim’s crew went above and beyond to clean up at the end of each day, which made it easy for our family to stay in the home while they worked. They started on a Tuesday afternoon and were completely finished by Saturday. Luke’s attention to detail was incredible and he really made sure everything looked perfect. Jim also came by personally once the job was finished to walk through everything and give his final stamp of approval. Their customer service, workmanship, and professionalism were top-notch from start to finish. Could not say enough great things about Jim, Luke, and their entire team!

Had an awesome experience with Jen and Jim at Floor Coverings International! I was in a bit of a rush trying to find carpet for my vocal booth at our music studio, and they really came through for us. Super friendly and easy to work with. They made sure I got exactly what I needed and even offered a bunch of great options to choose from. You can tell they actually care about helping their customers. Definitely recommend them if you need flooring or carpet and want great service!

Jim and his team were so informative from the original consult till the last phase! He personally responded to all questions and came in to check in to make sure it was done to standards! Definitely recommend them. If you’re looking for a personal touch with due diligence and personal touch to your next floor renovation, this is your go to team!

Jim was super helpful. I needed some carpet padding scraps, and he remembered to save some for me after one of his jobs. No hassle, and friendly. I’ll remember this company when I need some carpeting done.
