I hired FCI North Floor Coverings International to replace all the flooring in my home. I expected it to be difficult, but they made it so much easier. Pleasant workers, wonderful owner and truly they made the experience as easy as possible. Selecting the flooring was nice as they came to me with samples which looked different than the samples I saw in stores, because they were in my lighting and my environment. Throughout the process, recommendations were made that made a huge difference in the end result. The experience from start to finish was perfect and everyone was respectful, friendly and skilled. I would highly recommend Charlie and his team for all your flooring needs.

We hit a standstill on our floor project. We decided to hire out the rest. We needed things done asap as there was a large hole in our living room floor. They sent an associate out within 30 min of calling. Very friendly people and good folks to do business with.

After a lifetime in construction I've seen good tradespeople who know their work, and FCI are the best of the best. They went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier. I selected Floor Covering International out of 5 companies for my flooring project for 2 reasons: - Their quoted price is reasonable (not the lowest), - Their proposal also comes with web links that point to different brand of floor plank products, which allows me to easily review the planks and choose the desired color. On the first day of work, the crew (Jose father-and-son team) comes to my house on time. Both of them speak English fluently, which makes it easier to communicate. They work professionally and politely during the entire 4 working days. They always ask for permission before they need to use the bathroom or microwave oven (for heating up their lunch). When they need to use machines to remove the original hardwood floor, they also give out warnings about the noise and offer earplugs. After the project is done and I had paid in full, there is one minor unfinished modification that they promised to come back next week to finish. They keep their promise. All in all, I am happy with the flooring work done by Floor Covering International and will recommend this company to all my friends who also have the need for floor replacement.
