My husband and I highly recommend Floor Coverings International at this location, from start to finish. There were a few hiccups here and there and you'll have that but they were quick to make sure that everything went well and that they made it right! James was great to work with and very communicative, Richard the installer is a strong man as we have extremely heavy Ashley furniture, he was great also as taking care to not damage our original 1930 baseboards. We went with Shaw carpet throughout the house and it looks fantastic, we picked out our own laminate flooring for the kitchen to match the carpet and it was laid down great, and they also did our basement stairs without a flaw! It's a big decision when trying to find a flooring company that will do the job right so if you are looking please give them a call you will not be disappointed! We are extremely happy with the new flooring and again we highly recommend them and appreciate them! Thank you James and Richard for your service and job well done! We will definitely recommend your company to anyone we know that needs flooring!

Floor coverings international of Bowie did a AMAZING job on my flooring needs . Everyone i meet was very professional and they waste know time getting the job done. I must save the best for last . I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Floor Coverings International. From John S., the design associate, Ivan, installer, to Alex, the project manager, I always felt taken care of. Communication was open and attentive, and they were flexible with working with me although I have a demanding work schedule. Ben was very responsive, and patient with our questions while presenting us with many options that fit our budget, aesthetic, and lifestyle. His pricing is transparent and there was no pressure, we chose Ben because he was straightforward and honest. Ben provides white glove service, he coordinates the delivery & inspection of flooring, personally brought it into our home, explained & inspected the work details to his team of experienced installers. We wanted to replace our existing carpet with the same style but it had been discontinued. Muthu brought samples to our house and helped us find an almost identical style. The installation team was friendly and experienced and we’re extremely pleased with the results. Overall a great experience, would highly recommend!

We wanted to have our floors changed from carpet and tile to vinyl in our new condo, and this company was great to work with. They made recommendations on material, were flexible with the rules for our association, and offered a good payment plan, and our floors look great. They also came through for us in a last minute repair before an open house in our old condo. I highly recommend them.

We were looking for a carpet provider to replace 1500 sqft of carpet in our home after the decades old carpet in our home had clearly run it's course. We shopped around and settled on FCI. Their prices were competitive and Steve was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The installers they partnered with were swift and did a great job. After the job was done Steve also came by to check on the work and make sure everything was to our liking. He even offered to help us with some transition pieces if we needed them. I don't write a lot of reviews but felt like this one was worth while to speak to their professionalism and great work.

We had such a great experience with this company! From start to finish, the process was quick and seamless. We placed our carpet order on Monday, and by Thursday it was already installed. Adrian and his team were excellent to work with throughout the entire process. From the beginning Adrian had excellent timely communication.
