We selected Floor Coverings International to install vinyl tile flooring and wood trim in our master bathroom and adjoining walk-in closet. Bobby and Erin excelled in promptness and communication including: scheduling the initial visit for a quote (which was a very fair price), informing us of arrival status to start the job, and in doing a final walk-through of the completed project. Our two installers were careful, efficient, and highly skilled. We are extremely pleased with this company.

Eric went above and beyond to insure my vision for our stage floor was realized. His communication was impeccable and he even donated installation costs. I felt as if I was working with a friend/colleague. I highly recommend hiring this company for all your flooring needs.

Absolutely amazing experience with FCI and Mike. We were on our honeymoon, so we were worried about being out of touch with them during the process. Not only was he extremely communicative, he sent daily pictures with progress reports. I felt comfortable every step of the way, and it was right within our budget. We just moved in, and everything looks phenomenal! Would highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International. We shopped around to replace our carpet in 4 bedrooms and decided to go with them because of their expertise and fair price. Janie was very patient, pleasant, professional, and responsive. The project manager Kevin was also very professional and responsive. It was a fast, easy install in one day. We are very happy with our new carpet and would recommend them to anyone looking for flooring services.

I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the initial consultation with Mario, to the final installation, everything was smooth and stress-free. Mario was friendly, patient, and helped pick out the perfect color and material. The installer, Madson, was professional, respectful of my home, and paid attention to every detail. I enjoyed working with them , the process was easy and worked with me on dates to “ shop” and install. Made me feel comfortable with entire process . Made return trips for me to check out other products until I finalized my choice . Install was smooth which was a requirement for me . Matt and Eric were great, i highly recommend them

I have been hesitant to write a review. Tyler and Sean did an excellent job on the tile. I was not given a choice about the color trim used. Black was installed but I have taupe every where else in my office. That’s my main issue. Otherwise the job would have been perfect.
