I love love love my new vinyl wood plank floor. It was installed over the past two days neatly and expertly. This is the 4th kitchen floor in this 30 year old home and the best. The whole process was made pleasant and easy thanks to Mark Dawahare, who offered 12 month interest free financing. He also arrived with sample boards that made it easy to find complementary colors, width and textures for best results. He followed up in person when the job was complete to assure my satisfaction. This company was contracted through Costco.

It was a great experience working with Floor Coverings International especially with Sunil. He personally ensured to make sure the project was done right. We got the complete house flooring done and they were very professional and completed in timely manner. They were able to handle some last minute flooring issues and provide us the best solution possible. We are very happy and satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend their services.

This company was wonderful! Small business, veteran owned. So much better than my experience with big box stores where you talk to a different person every time. Bo Becker helped me pick out the perfect floor for my space. Installation was done in 1 day, with all details taken care of.

I contracted this company through Costco and salesman Mark Dawahare. The process with Mark was thorough and quick and I scheduled the job for two weeks out. This is my fourth (!) floor in the kitchen/sitting room and my most beautiful. I used Floor and Decor for my last job and the vinyl disintegrated and peeler and because discolored. FCI offered 12-month financing at zero interest as well as a substantial Costco gift card. The Shaw vinyl plank is beautiful and easier on my legs than ceramic tile (floor #1 and #2). The installers were pleasant and competent. They had to level my floor. The project took two half days. Mark stopped by to review the final job. Fully satisfied with the entire process!

The care and detail they put into their work is unmatched — they tested multiple stain options right on our floors to make sure we found the perfect one for the house. Everything they do is truly 10/10. I really can’t say enough good things about this team — we would recommend them again and again without hesitation.
