Britton and his team did a good and clean work with two of our guest bedrooms. They finished the project on time. And we're very efficient. Overall the pricing was reasonable.Victoria was good in communicating the project details. We had a good experience with them and would definitely consider them for future projects.

Britton was a great help. We shopped several other stores and no one else was as helpful as Britton. He was patient, answered all of our questions and never pushed us to make decisions. We actually found the carpet we wanted at another place, but they had no problem ordering it for us. The quoted price was almost 20% less than the other quotes we received and there was no hidden fees.Even after we ordered the carpet there was a problem with the manufacturer, and Britton personally explained the situation and got it fixed. This is the type of service that a locally owned business can provide, which we never experienced at a big box store.The installers were amazing! They showed up on time and were fast, careful and professional. They worked non-stop through lunch to finish, clean up and make sure we were happy with the job. A couple days after the installation, Britton called to make sure we were happy and asked if anything needed attention, but everything was perfect.

We booked Floor Coverings International Austin/Round Rock AGAIN for their impeccable work! We truly enjoy working with Ashley and Rigo for the project. Our floors were treated with extreme detail and Rigo was thorough, patient and professional in all of his work.
