We recently had the carpets on our stairs and three rooms replaced and had a fantastic experience with this team. From providing a competitive quote to the final installation, the entire process was seamless and professional. The workmanship was excellent, communication was great throughout, and everything was completed as promised. Ohhhhh, yes yes yes! I love my floors!! That sounds crazy, right?! My house looks like a completely different houseeeee!! These guys were great! I called Scott (not thinking I would actually be able to get floors) and he came at my scheduled time. Then came the day of install and the guys showed up respectful, knowledgeable and on time. This is how you run a business. I got taken advantage of by a different local company Scott and his team will always be my floors company from now on and I cannot wait to get my garage done - 🙌

The entire process was very easy and convenient since Scott came to my home with samples. We had a budget and he didn’t try to oversell me with anything extra. The installers were great and efficient as well, they got my whole upstairs with a den and 3 bedrooms installed in a little under 6 hours.

Our church just completed a renovation that included AV and Sound, light construction, lighting, and replacing our carpet and LVT in our Sanctuary. Our team worked closely with the owner, Scott, and together created a beautiful worship space. FCI removed and installed over 8,000 square feet in six days. The crews were on-time, hard working, and a pleasure to work with. Scott's communication exceeded expectations and visited the work site daily to make sure that it was completed to the hightest standards. We recommend FCI to both residential and commercial clients.

I am really happy with my custom stair runner. Scott was a great communicator throughout the whole process. He provided all of the samples I requested after looking at options on a website link. Once I chose my carpet he had my quote prepared expeditiously. His installer was prompt and professional. After doing a huge home addition and a few “flips” in the home we have had all kinds of experiences with our contractors.
