I didn't get flooring installed by this company, but I was looking for a replacement carpet pad. I called multiple companies to get quotes for a very small area, 6' x 9'. Everyone else was charging around $50, but Floor Coverings International not only offered to give it for free from leftovers, but also delivered it to me. They didn't have to, but it was a really nice touch. In the future, when I need my flooring, repaired or replaced, I'll reach out to them first.

Scott and his team were exceptional to work with from start to finish. We replaced the carpet in our home gym with rubber tile flooring, and while we encountered a few unexpected challenges along the way, they were consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and eager to help. They took the time to answer our questions and even connected us with a contractor to address some floor-leveling issues. Their professionalism and commitment to customer service made the entire experience a positive one. We would gladly work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone considering a similar project.

While I can’t say our carpet installation was without a couple bumps (just a series of unfortunate events), Scott and his team went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. His team was super respectful and I hardly even knew they were here! Everything looks great!
