Our church just completed a renovation that included AV and Sound, light construction, lighting, and replacing our carpet and LVT in our Sanctuary. Our team worked closely with the owner, Scott, and together created a beautiful worship space. FCI removed and installed over 8,000 square feet in six days. The crews were on-time, hard working, and a pleasure to work with. Scott's communication exceeded expectations and visited the work site daily to make sure that it was completed to the hightest standards. We recommend FCI to both residential and commercial clients.

I am really happy with my custom stair runner. Scott was a great communicator throughout the whole process. He provided all of the samples I requested after looking at options on a website link. Once I chose my carpet he had my quote prepared expeditiously. His installer was prompt and professional. After doing a huge home addition and a few “flips” in the home we have had all kinds of experiences with our contractors. Floor coverings international is at the top of our list for exceptional work and experience.

Scott Fitzherbert was an absolute joy to work with. Punctual, courteous, and respectful of our home and our time. Scott led my wife and I through the carpet samples and arrived at what turned out to be a perfect match. On the day of install, Scott showed up with the installer to make sure they understood the scope of the job and the expectation. The job was completed in less than two hours and looks amazing. Scott follow up with make sure we were satisfied. Great service and would highly recommend this firm for any flooring needs.

I didn't get flooring installed by this company, but I was looking for a replacement carpet pad. I called multiple companies to get quotes for a very small area, 6' x 9'. Everyone else was charging around $50, but Floor Coverings International not only offered to give it for free from leftovers, but also delivered it to me. They didn't have to, but it was a really nice touch. In the future, when I need my flooring, repaired or replaced, I'll reach out to them first.

Scott and his team were exceptional to work with from start to finish. We replaced the carpet in our home gym with rubber tile flooring, and while we encountered a few unexpected challenges along the way, they were consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and eager to help. They took the time to answer our questions and even connected us with a contractor to address some floor-leveling issues. Their professionalism and commitment to customer service made the entire experience a positive one.
