I've used Floor Coverings International of Brazos Valley on four or five projects now, and they have been fantastic every time. They bring flooring samples directly to your home, which makes the selection process incredibly convenient and helps you see exactly how the products will look in your space. Joseph is knowledgeable, patient, and always quick to respond to any questions I have throughout the process. The customer service and attention to detail have been excellent. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Brazos Valley and look forward to continuing to work with them on future projects.

We wanted to give our highest recommendation for Floor Coverings International. We had our entire house refloored and they did a phenomenal job. We chose to use them over others because of the personal attention given to us by our sales rep Joseph, getting us an exceptional price on the materials and the fact that they have their own plumber to put bathtubs and toilets back in after they are removed. Other companies require you to bring in your own plumber for that. The crew who put the floors in were extremely talented and do not make even the slightest mistakes. The owner, Johnnie, came by himself before and after the job was done to inspect the work and we have a picture of him on his hands and knees while looking over the finished job. Simon, the installation manager, came by multiple times every day to check on the job and answer questions. This company will spoil you rotten with their work product and customer service. Don’t use anyone else for flooring! The installation crew is the very best and you will be very happy when they are done.
