I was completely impressed with the team that came to install the carpet. They did an amazing job and completed it on time. They were here when they said they’d be and did everything even better than I’d expected. The sales process was very easy and professional as well. It was nice to not have to go to a sales room floor to find what we wanted. It took us a bit of time to figure out what we wanted, and the sales person even had to come out twice because we switched from wanting one type of flooring to another, and they were completely patient with us. I could not recommend them more highly

10+ STARS! (If it was an option) If I could give Floor Covering International 10 stars I would. We had Joseph come out for the initial estimate process. Joseph was great, no pressure sales pitch, and very informative and attentive to all my questions and concerns. From there Johnnie took over when the project started. We had Floor Covering International do Luxury Vinyl Flooring in the entire house, two bedroom lofts, and an office loft. They also did two complete shower demos and rebuilds. Johnnie’s team had great attention to detail, and Johnnie was here every day to make sure everything was meeting my high expectations. I cannot put into words how happy my wife and I are that we went with Floor Covering International. They weren’t the cheapest bid (middle), but they were the best fit for us and far exceeded my expectations.

Johnnie did a great job. I Was unsure on the flooring choices that would work for my family. He showed me many floors and went above and beyond to get me samples of 2 floors in colors and styles to match my cabinets. I ended up doing a floor type that his company didn’t do, but they are reputable, reliable and knowledgeable of their product.

Amazingly fast and professional work. Came a day earlier than planned and worked on a holiday even!! Finished early too. Fantastic service and end product. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process! Johnnie came back to help at the house we are leaving. Talked us through carpet choices and explained the process clearly. His team came today, very friendly, and knocked out 3 rooms with new carpet in under 3 hours. Cleaned up and vacuumed before they left. Looks fantastic!

He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I really appreciated that he didn’t pressure me or try to upsell anything. Johnnie explained everything really well and went over details of the installation so I understood everything clearly. One thing I was not aware of prior to this was that the toilets would have to be taken up and then reinstalled. Many floor companies have you get a plumber to do that instead. Getting a plumber and timing it with floor installation is extremely inconvenient. Johnnie was really nice and patient with all my questions. The installation was really quick. They installed carpet and flooring, which I had purchased elsewhere, and did an excellent job. The floor looks fantastic! I love that I could have everything done by one person: carpet, floor, Toilets. Afterwards, the walls did need touching up of paint due to scratches from floor installation and the trim needed painting, because the caulk made it look yellow.
