Great experience from start to finish. Johnnie was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the quoting process. Even though we went a different direction due to budget, I was impressed with his communication and attention to detail. He even ordered a few samples for us that weren't available for us to check out along with pictures. I’d confidently recommend them and would absolutely consider them for future projects.

Floor Coverings International is a fantastic company all around! From the initial consultation with Joseph, to the final install with Johnnie, I felt taken care of every step of the way. I converted 3 old showers into modern walk-ins, and they are stunning! 5 stars just doesn’t do them justice, will always recommend!

I was completely impressed with the team that came to install the carpet. They did an amazing job and completed it on time. They were here when they said they’d be and did everything even better than I’d expected. The sales process was very easy and professional as well. It was nice to not have to go to a sales room floor to find what we wanted. It took us a bit of time to figure out what we wanted, and the sales person even had to come out twice because we switched from wanting one type of flooring to another, and they were completely patient with us. I could not recommend them more highly
