"I had my hardwood floors sanded and stained a year ago and I had been looking for new flooring for the bath, kitchen and office to match. I contacted Floor Coverings International: Michael and Russ came to the house (on time) did measurements and we tried to find a wood grain LVP that would match but it was a no go so we decided to look at tile like LVP. They did not have anything in the van but Russ had some samples mailed to me. I needed to paint those 3 rooms and then Russ ask me how my painting was going I let him know that my son and grandson found some time and put down some LVP for me. Russ did not “ghost me” he said he loved it and it looked great. Both men were very professional and really seem to love the work they do. Even though in the end I did not hire Floor Coverings International to do the work, I wanted to let everyone know how professional the company is."

Tyler did an excellent and thorough job during our in home consultation explaining our different options and listening to what we needed/wanted and why. I really appreciate that he only suggested choices that aligned with our desires and didn't try to push a product we had no interest in. Danielle did a wonderful job communicating status updates and relaying information. She was able to expedite our product order and the installation team was able to begin the work much sooner than expected. Alex and his team were the true stars of this experience. They were able to start early and they finished laying the floors for our entire house in basically what amounted to 2 solid days of work. In the fairness of disclosure and realistic expectations, I should note that we just bought the house and it was still empty. Regardless, the installation team did an excellent job and we are thrilled with our new LVP floors!!"

I loved to see it in my light instead of regretting the samples I brought home from a warehouse. They work around your schedule and communicate well! I noticed a small issue after install and they came out the next day to get it fixed! The price was affordable and they are an honest company. The owner walks you through the process and is incredibly responsive. I will be using them again for my floor needs and recommending everyone to them!"
