"Floor Coverings International of Bowie installed floors in my basement in a very tight timeline. Ramsey came and reviewed flooring options with us. Based on our responses to some questions, he brought in some samples and we were able to select flooring that was perfect for our needs. The project manager, Chris Gonzales, was very communicative, and kept us up-to-date. Working with FCI was great. They make the process easy and the finished product was beyond what we expected."

"The communication was good. Was nice not to make a trip to an actual store to pick out the carpet. They came for initial consultation and carried lots of samples in the van. Walked them right into the house and I could see what carpet sample would look like right there in my room. The bound edges carpet piece for stairway looks real nice. Installer left the space cleaned up and was very nice. however the piece for upstairs landing and hallway had a wrinkle defect. So obviously this was the carpet manufacturers fault not installer or Floor Coverings International. Was glad that the installer did not go ahead and attempt to use or smooth, had professional sense to refuse it and alert the team. Rush order was made to get the piece in. They rescheduled came back on Dec 23rd. So was done just before thr holiday which was appreciated. Would use Floor Coverings International again and recommend for home carpeting."

"The installers were very detail oriented, scalloping the LVP flooring to match the scalloped edged of our tile. LOVE the ramping in order to match the LVP to the height of the tile with no need for a transition strip. 941 sq ft finished in less than 3 days, removing the carpet, demoing thefront tile foyer, & moving lots of HEAVY furniture. PHENOMENAL!! And, the price was amazing, to boot!!"

"As someone on the Floor Coverings International corporate team, I’ve seen countless success stories—but this was my first time going through a flooring project myself, and I can confidently say it exceeded every expectation. Franchise Owners Carly Harrington and Miguel Harris were incredible from the start—professional, responsive, and clearly dedicated to doing things the right way. I was replacing old, worn carpet in my new home with a beautiful, pet-friendly LVP product. Things took an unexpected turn when the installers, Eduardo and Nora, discovered uneven floors after removing the carpet. Rather than pushing forward with a quick install, they took the time to properly level the subfloor with cement, ensuring the job was done right. What was supposed to be a one-day project turned into three—but for all the right reasons. Eduardo and Nora were not only highly skilled but also some of the kindest, most accommodating people I’ve met. They worked around the chaos of my home, my two dogs, unexpected visitors, and my ever-shifting schedule with so much grace and positivity. They kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I understood what was happening and why. I truly felt like I was in great hands. It’s been a couple of months since the project was completed, and I’ve had time to really live with and enjoy the new floors—and my dogs and I absolutely love them. The upkeep is so much easier than carpet, and I honestly can’t believe how well they’re holding up. With two active dogs constantly sliding around and running in and out from the backyard (which leads right into this room!), I expected to see wear and tear quickly. But they’ve been incredibly durable, and they still look fantastic. If this had been another company, I genuinely believe they would’ve just installed the flooring over the uneven surface to save time and resources. Carly, Miguel, and their team went above and beyond, and it shows in the final result. Thank you for turning what could have been a stressful project—and a potential long-term issue—into such a smooth and truly enjoyable experience, even with the surprises along the way!"
