From my first phone call with Travis with regard to getting an estimate and meeting us for a presentation/quote, to Rebeka the project manager, to Yule with installation...... I could not be any more impressed. Travis is completely educated with flooring in general, very pleasant, gave an educational and sincere presentation , great communication, straightforward with information, not withholding anything. He delivered everything as promised. Rebecka is extremely informative, very knowledgeable about everything Floors, has great communication skills, pleasant to deal with, professional, friendly and both of them have been extremely prompt. They check in regularly with either a visit or a phone call on almost a daily basis. Yulia and her team have been very consistent working every day, all day. I've never seen a team with better camaraderie. The pay close attention to every detail and they're very careful with shifting furniture. They are very happy workers. Unfortunately, that company didn’t do the proper subfloor preparation or include the trim work like Maribel and Christian had recommended. I highly recommend them—even if the price is a little more because they do the job correctly without skipping steps and make sure everything is done right the first time."

"From our initial meeting with Eric, the owner, at the Augusta Home Show. to installation by Cody and Daniel, to final inspection by Patricia service was excellent. We first met Eric at the 2026 Augusta Home Show where he explained about the different types of flooring for our kitchen and den. Eric then came to Aiken, took measurements of the rooms, showed us samples, and quoted us a very reasonable price, which included the removal of a ceramic tile hearth for an previously removed wood stove, We scheduled installation, and Cody and Daniel showed up right on time. As installers it showed that they cared about their work, were detail and quality oriented, and went out of their way to ensure all our questions, and there were many, were answered and concerns resolved. They did a great installation job! The final meeting with Patricia was enjoyable as she inspected the work and told us about how to maintain the floor. All in all a very satisfying experience. "Very satisfied with the finished project! The team did a great job making sure we were satisfied with the end product. They fixed a broken vent and then took our floor from yellow to soft white which brightened up the whole house! Thank you Mike for making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The only criticism I have is that the workers painted over my brand new trim with a different white paint to cover up the markings they did during sanding - I had told them I just painted my trim so they could have asked for the left over paint I had to touch up my trim after the job was done - so I need to go over all their touch ups again with my paint. Besides that, job well done. I will be recommending them to my family and friend and will use them again for future projects!"

"We've recently used Floor Coverings International to patch our hardwood floor. We removed a gas fireplace and needed to fill in where it had been. They were able to patch, sand and refinish the entire room quickly and reasonably. They also replaced carpets on our two stair cases woth vinyl. The workmanship is excellent. They bring the showroom to you, so you can see how product and color options will work in your space. James is knowledgeable and consultative. I highly recommend."
