From our first meeting to our final email with Edward, he was always available, fast to respond and very kind and respectful. He addressed any and all (minor) issues and each one was resolved. We could not be more thrilled with the transformation of our home! We had 25 year old carpet up the stairs and in all the bedrooms. Now we have dense soft carpet treads and wood risers to match our wood downstairs and we went with LVP for the upstairs! Absolutely love it!

Edward was the sales person, he was fantastic, knowledgeable, listened to what I was looking for, educated me on the difference types and durability in carpeting. Because of his style of salesmen style, never thought twice about doing business with your company. The insulation was done and in a timely manner and looks wonderful. I would recommend your store to anyone.

I had the best experience from beginning to end. Mike (owner) came for initial appointment prepared and very knowledgeable. He was so nice, personable, and really listened to what I wanted and needed. Took a lot of time in the first appointment, brought samples and gave his expert opinion helping me pick a carpet. He and his wife Kim are good people and trustworthy. He was always prompt in answering my texts and he made the process easy. His carpet installer, Tio, was so experienced, quick, professional and had a great personality. His co worker Mario was also easy to work with. They both were very efficient in removing old carpet and installing new. Tio even looked out for rain and brought the new carpet in the second it started sprinkling. Mike came back to inspect and as always was so nice and personable. I would give 10 stars if I could. Oh and the best part was that I didn’t have to move furniture downstairs for them to do the job. This was huge for me because I have college stuff crammed up there for my 2 kids. They also do carpet stretching at a very good price, and vacuumed the area under a dresser afterwards. Use this company. You won’t be sorry.

Our excellent experience began with Edward Watson, the sales rep for FCI, who came to our home with knowledge, experience, and a strong ethical base. (I also liked that I didn't need to go to one of those overwhelming showrooms staffed by disinterested sales reps.) He listened carefully to our needs, appraised and measured the rooms to receive carpet, and returned with some great samples within the color/price range. Within a week the carpet was in and ready to be installed by Teo and his crew. They moved big pieces of furniture, beautifully installed the new padding and carpet, and put each piece right back where it belonged. They also carpeted the stairs which were a bit tricky. I highly recommend this outstanding company!
