I cannot say enough, good things about Michael and his crew and especially Melvin who took such good care of my home and my furnishings when replacing my bedroom with beautiful wood floors. I appreciated that they showed up on time or let me know if there would be a delay of even 15 minutes. The craftsman ship that Melvin did with the installation is not missed by me – – I’m an artist and craftsman myself so he had a high bar that he had to reach. My bedroom was not that large, but they got it done in one day!

I very much appreciate the excellent service I received from Floor Coverings International and Mike Gustafson. I needed to source some replacement carpet pad following replacement of a broken toilet flange and a deteriorated subfloor. Mike and his assistant fixed me up with the materials I needed. All the other floor stores wanted to sell me a full roll of carpet pad. Thank you Floor Coverings International.

The installation crew were polite, focused on the job, had explanations as to what they were doing, and why, and overall did a wonderful job.Kudos to Edward and Roberta from the office as well. From our first meeting to our final email with Edward, he was always available, fast to respond and very kind and respectful. He addressed any and all (minor) issues and each one was resolved. We could not be more thrilled with the transformation of our home! We had 25 year old carpet up the stairs and in all the bedrooms. Now we have dense soft carpet treads and wood risers to match our wood downstairs and we went with LVP for the upstairs! Absolutely love it!
