Great quality work! It was such a pleasure working with Kim and her team! They were super attentive, communicative, and knowledgeable. Kim provided quick responses to any questions or concerns that I had during the process. It was also great to be able to get some assistance in what flooring would work best for my home. During the installation process, Rafael and his team were very efficient - in addition to providing quality work. If there were any concern from my end, they were able to address and resolve it within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with Floor coverings international including Kim the owner, Manny our rep, and especially Teo and his team who did an amazing job removing and installing all new carpet in our home. We had one full day between close and moving to get all the carpet out and in and they put in a long day into night to get it done perfectly for us. They were all so kind and responsive from the start, I walked in their showroom at closing time and they stayed late and ran around the next day finding me options that were amazing value for money. They got me the exact date I needed and made it all happen. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Kim was great to work with while considering carpet/tile. Patient, knowledgeable and gave us advice. Installation could not have been better. Teo arrived timely and ready to work. Installation was quick and efficient and quality of work was NOT compromised. After installation, Teo walked around with me to make sure I was happy. He wanted to ensure all furniture was replaced where I wanted it. They made sure areas were clean and debris free. I will use them again and refer to family, friends and neighbors.

I would highly recommend this company for your flooring needs. I asked them for a quote when the contractor remodeling a room in my house told me he would not be able to lay the floors the way I wanted them. FCI was able to come out and give us a quote right away. They explained the whole process and sent us a quote by email the same day. They even worked with us to slot the job in quickly to make it work with our renovation schedule. Most importantly, they did a beautiful job on the floors! When they started the work, they double-checked with us that it was what we wanted before continuing. They completed the job in one day while making sure the job was done right, down to every small detail. These guys know what they're doing, and I will most definitely use them again! (I believe they will also do baseboards and/or quarter round, but my contractor had already bought the materials and will be doing that part)

We were so fortunate to have Edward Watson in charge of redoing our floors when we moved into our new home. He was professional and thorough from the moment we first started discussing flooring options all the way to final walkthrough. They completed the demo of almost all the flooring in the house and put in tile, carpet, and engineered wood flooring. They also had to work with our move in schedule and eventually with all of us (2 adults and 4 young kids) living in the home. Emilson and Marlson worked with multiple tile patterns and did a great job. Teo did the carpeting and even came back after our wood floors arrived to complete the transitions. Rafael and his team were amazing with the wood floors and did an exceptional job matching the stair treads to the flooring. They made sure the job was done right, didn't cut corners, and left the house spotless when the job was done. I would and have already highly recommended Edward and his team.
