Teo is absolutely terrific. He arrived at the house to install the carpet on time with a smile on his face …a smile that never went away. He and his assistant immediately began to work and never paused until the job was completed which was in record time. Our experiencerepre with Floor Coverings international was terrific. The representative brought carpet samples to our home so we were able to make a decision on the color, texture in the room where the carpet would be installed. It made our decision much easier. The carpet was reasonably priced and was delivered promptly. The installers arrived on time, immediately began work, were fun to talk to, and did a great job on the installation. We had a great experience with this flooring project. Edward, the project manager, was very organized and responsive throughout the entire process, and communication was clear from start to finish. Rafael and his installation team did an excellent job on site. They were professional, careful, and very detail-oriented, and you can tell they take pride in their work. The installation was done cleanly and efficiently, and the finished floors look great. Overall, a very smooth experience with solid workmanship. Would recommend.

From choosing the exact right product for our floors to installation and clean-up, they were excellent. We had daily communication informing us of the progress. I'd give them more stars, if possible.

Can’t recommend this company enough!!!! They are efficient, precise, caring, neat. They pay close attention to details. Charges are clear and fair. Mike and Kim (the owners) are always checking on the work. Jesus runs an incredible team of work. He’s amazing.

Great quality work! It was such a pleasure working with Kim and her team! They were super attentive, communicative, and knowledgeable. Kim provided quick responses to any questions or concerns that I had during the process. It was also great to be able to get some assistance in what flooring would work best for my home. During the installation process, Rafael and his team were very efficient - in addition to providing quality work. If there were any concern from my end, they were able to address and resolve it within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with Floor coverings international including Kim the owner, Manny our rep, and especially Teo and his team who did an amazing job removing and installing all new carpet in our home. We had one full day between close and moving to get all the carpet out and in and they put in a long day into night to get it done perfectly for us. They were all so kind and responsive from the start, I walked in their showroom at closing time and they stayed late and ran around the next day finding me options that were amazing value for money. They got me the exact date I needed and made it all happen. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Kim was great to work with while considering carpet/tile. Patient, knowledgeable and gave us advice. Installation could not have been better. Teo arrived timely and ready to work. Installation was quick and efficient and quality of work was NOT compromised. After installation, Teo walked around with me to make sure I was happy. He wanted to ensure all furniture was replaced where I wanted it. They made sure areas were clean and debris free. I will use them again and refer to family, friends and neighbors.
