He and his office staff were always courtesy and efficient in responding to emails and phone calls.My current engineered hardwood floor has been discontinued, but John took the time to contact several suppliers and eventually was able to find an almost perfect match. John was alway timely in keeping appointments. His installers were equally as timely and professional. They showed up on installation day accompanied by John as he wanted to make certain they fully understood the job. A crew of four completed the job in record time. After the floors were competed, they took care to clean the areas and made sure to place furniture sliders on all the furniture to protect the floors. They left the rooms just as they found them. "This was such a great experience. I had been trying to find a backslash for my kitchen and was having a hard time finding a color. The sales rep Shannon Fuller) went to the tile place and had them send me samples of backsplashes to match my counter tops. She came to measure & helped me decide on the best backsplash.
