"From the start it was a great experience and very glad to have contacted Floor Coverings International. We were able to have a in-home free quote appointment very quickly after initial reaching out to them. Larry was absolutely great, explaining the challenges that were posed by our flooring, which led us to decide on carpeting in the basement instead of vinyl planks. There was no pushing of products, instead explanation what the different options and costs associated with them were. The team that came out were professional, courteous and friendly and had the job done which seemed in almost no time.
