"I selected Floor Covering International out of 5 companies for my flooring project for 2 reasons: - Their quoted price is reasonable (not the lowest), - Their proposal also comes with web links that point to different brand of floor plank products, which allows me to easily review the planks and choose the desired color. On the first day of work, the crew (Jose father-and-son team) comes to my house on time. Both of them speak English fluently, which makes it easier to communicate. They work professionally and politely during the entire 4 working days. They always ask for permission before they need to use the bathroom or microwave oven (for heating up their lunch). When they need to use machines to remove the original hardwood floor, they also give out warnings about the noise and offer earplugs. After the project is done and I had paid in full, there is one minor unfinished modification that they promised to come back next week to finish. They keep their promise. All in all, I am happy with the flooring work done by Floor Covering International and will recommend this company to all my friends who also have the need for floor replacement."
