The stairs turned out beautiful, and the most important part is my dog has more confidence on the stairs with more traction thanks to the added runner. I’ve really enjoyed working with Floor Coverings International. Their entire team is professional, courteous, and consistently punctual. The selection of tile is impressive, and their pricing is very competitive within the market. The installation crew did an excellent job, showing great attention to detail throughout the project. What stood out the most to me was their commitment to cleanliness, they made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. By the time the project was fully completed, it was as if they had never even been there. Overall, a top-notch experience from start to finish.

Cyndi was such a pleasure to work with! I sent her a couple photos of my inspiration and she brought over tons of samples ranging across a big price range. Once we picked out a runner, it happened so fast! Within a little over a week they were ready to install. I’m so happy with the final product! It really elevates the house and feels so safe.
