Had to call someone in after a laminate installation my brother-in-law attempted went sideways boards weren't even lined up. He came out, ripped up what had been done, and redid it properly. Cleaned up all the debris before he left too.

Reinel and his team did a fantastic job. They were tasked with a major project including replacing floors, walls, and ceilings after a major flood at my property. They were eager to win my business, were super responsive to all my questions, and started right away, working relentlessly until finishing just 7-10 days later. I walked the property afterwards and was amazed at how good everything looked. Super highly recommend this team!

Had a tight deadline before hosting people at the house and needed the kitchen floor replaced. Old linoleum had started peeling up near the sink, so we went with vinyl plank instead since it's more water-resistant. Communicated the timeline upfront and they worked around it without cutting corners on the prep work.

"We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Floor Coverings International of Houston Heights! From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. Communication was excellent from beginning to end! We really appreciated the home visit consultation with Reinel! He drove out to our home and assessed our needs with samples and a thorough explanation of the process for installing our hardwood floor. Our new hardwood floor was professionally installed in a timely, respectfully process! The craftsmanship is top-notch—the attention to detail around the corners and transitions is perfect. Fabio and Sergio moved our furniture, kept the work area clean, professionals removed carpet /pad and, installed our hardwood floor and finished ahead of schedule!! Our master bedroom looks incredible!! “ I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get hardwood flooring done!"

Cyndi was so patient and wonderful helping me find the exact right thing working with my vision and budget. The stairs turned out beautiful, and the most important part is my dog has more confidence on the stairs with more traction thanks to the added runner. I’ve really enjoyed working with Floor Coverings International. Their entire team is professional, courteous, and consistently punctual. The selection of tile is impressive, and their pricing is very competitive within the market. The installation crew did an excellent job, showing great attention to detail throughout the project. What stood out the most to me was their commitment to cleanliness, they made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. By the time the project was fully completed, it was as if they had never even been there. Overall, a top-notch experience from start to finish.
