I can't recommend Floor Coverings International enough! Chris was an absolute gem to work with from start to finish. Oscar the project manager was always around to answer any questions and make sure everything went great. We are a commercial office with 15 year old outdated carpet and with owners of our building out of state, they made it happen! The installers did a phenomenal job, always on time every day and finished a big project in just 3 days. Many many thanks to everyone at Floor Coverings who helped to make this happen!

I just had an entire 20 year old carpeted floor (and stairs) replaced with hardwood and it took less than a week! From start to finish this was a seamless process. Chris gave an excellent presentation during the consultation and answered every question I had! He helped convince me to go with Floor Coverings International, and Oscar managed the project and the team, coming in person every day to ensure everything was going according to plan. I would highly recommend working with them. The project turned out just as we imagined and we could not be happier !

Amazing experience from start to finish. They brought carpet samples directly to my home, measured the room, and had everything ordered and installed within a week. The carpet is waterproof and so soft—exactly what we wanted for our baby’s room. Everyone was kind, professional, and accommodating (even came on a Saturday). Fair pricing, outstanding service, and the owner was wonderful.

Floor Coverings International did a consultation for an issue we were having with our primary bedroom closet. The shape is awkward with too many angles to count. We already had another bid in hand but wanted to see if this company can do better. I was able to complete the online booking late in an afternoon for an appointment next morning. The representative even confirmed the appointment via a personal text that same evening. The booking process was seamless, all electronic, yet personal. Chris, who came out for the consultation, was patient and shared honestly about carpet vs. hardwood replacement and the possibility of seeking non-replacement alternatives. He was even able to contact his boss while he was at my house to discuss options and we had all the information we needed within an hour or so. They were efficient, professional, and really knowledgeable. We were able to resolve our issue quickly and cost effectively thanks to Floor Coverings International. Highly recommend!!

Reinel Solano and his team are amazing. They installed all new flooring in my recent renovation, as well as tiled a herringbone pattern guest shower and a dog bath. The staff was fast, friendly, efficient, and clean. They went above and beyond in many cases to ensure that the best result possible was achieved. I recommend contacting Reinel for your next project. From start to finish these guys were amazing. Chris helped us make a forward plan and gave us a very reasonable quote and made sure to check in with us after the project! Oscar our project manager was also fantastic to work with as he oversaw everything and kept us updated. I can't recommend these guys enough!
