Floor Coverings International did a consultation for an issue we were having with our primary bedroom closet. The shape is awkward with too many angles to count. We already had another bid in hand but wanted to see if this company can do better. I was able to complete the online booking late in an afternoon for an appointment next morning. The representative even confirmed the appointment via a personal text that same evening. The booking process was seamless, all electronic, yet personal. Chris, who came out for the consultation, was patient and shared honestly about carpet vs. hardwood replacement and the possibility of seeking non-replacement alternatives. He was even able to contact his boss while he was at my house to discuss options and we had all the information we needed within an hour or so. They were efficient, professional, and really knowledgeable. We were able to resolve our issue quickly and cost effectively thanks to Floor Coverings International. Highly recommend!!

Reinel Solano and his team are amazing. They installed all new flooring in my recent renovation, as well as tiled a herringbone pattern guest shower and a dog bath. The staff was fast, friendly, efficient, and clean. They went above and beyond in many cases to ensure that the best result possible was achieved. I recommend contacting Reinel for your next project. We had a great experience with FCI for our flooring project. Our rep Chris was very communicative from start to finish and kept us informed throughout the entire process. From start to finish these guys were amazing. Chris helped us make a forward plan and gave us a very reasonable quote and made sure to check in with us after the project! Kim was so easy to work with when we were looking for new carpet. Patient, knowledgeable, and offered advice. Installation could not have been better. Teo arrived timely, ready to work. Installation was done very quickly but NOT at a cost to quality work. Teo walked around after installation with me to ensure I was happy, had no complaints and wanted to make sure the furniture was where I wanted it. I will use them again in the future and would recommend to family, friends and neighbors.

We love our stair runner and Chris made the entire experience seamless. He worked with us over a few months while we decided what we wanted and went out of his way to find the perfect runner. Wow! It's been 6 years already, 5/5/2019 to be exact, since Reinel & his team from F.C.I.H.H. visited my mother's home in Houston. They removed old flooring & installed new wood flooring & tiles. Very Professional & friendly, punctual, & willing to listen & discuss our needs. Spring forward to 11/14/2025. My mother wanted to replace the 'transition' strip between rooms in 3 areas. Of course I contacted Reinel & he sent over one of his team to assess the job & showed up personally to ensure that everything was what we wanted.
