Super happy with my new floor, stairs and runner. My upstairs hallway carpet was in so much need of a replacement and i decided to switch to vinyl planks. Same carpet was covering the stairs so i needed to redo stairs too. After doing my research and read all sort of different business reviews i was happy to find the “all 5 ⭐️ floor covering international”. I called Friday evening and Monday Edward was already at my home. With his expertise and advice was easy to make selection and in a blink of an eye the work was beautifully done. Thanks to the nice crew of floor guys and the carpet guy Raul who took very nice care of the house and pets, they did an amazing job!!! My house looks so much better now !!!!!

The stair runner looks GREAT!!! A big thanks to you and your team for all of the help and getting this installed so quickly. Cyndi was the best getting the right carpet selected and very helpful talking through all of the options. Oscar’s text with so much great information about the installation was incredible and he was very prompt with responses to questions too. Raul was also very pleasant and punctual and did fantastic work!

We had such a positive experience renovating our bathroom!! Chris helped us with the design and brought us tile samples to choose from. The price was fair for the quality of work and the lifetime guarantee. Our project manager, Oscar, was very communicative and helped make the whole project go smoothly. We even changed our plan mid-project and the team was so accommodating without delaying the timeline much. We are so happy with the end result and I would definitely recommend them!!

I called Floor Coverings International because they had the best ratings over all. They gave me a quote that was 2x what others were going to charge but I was not happy with the other quotes. So we went with this firm. The guys who installed the flooring were great. Unfortunately we did not get their names to be able to include in my review. We have requested many times for their names to no avail. The owner seems more interested in getting reviewed then in his people being recognized. If I had to recon a guess they hired day labors rather then having there own team? That is just speculation on my part. Two of the three guys had company shirts one did not. The floors so far to date are very nice we had our own materials flooring and everything else. They we able to get the floor in with out transitions from one room to the next about 3 rooms 1 closet and a large entryway. If I had to do it all over again I would hire the company again how ever I would get the workers names before they left.

Reinel, Chris, and Oscar are a dream team. The prospect of refinishing our wood floors seemed daunting, but their preparation, planning, and communication made the process incredibly easy. I can't recommend Floor Coverings International enough! Chris was an absolute gem to work with from start to finish. Oscar the project manager was always around to answer any questions and make sure everything went great. We are a commercial office with 15 year old outdated carpet and with owners of our building out of state, they made it happen! The installers did a phenomenal job, always on time every day and finished a big project in just 3 days. Many many thanks to everyone at Floor Coverings who helped to make this happen!

I just had an entire 20 year old carpeted floor (and stairs) replaced with hardwood and it took less than a week! From start to finish this was a seamless process. Chris gave an excellent presentation during the consultation and answered every question I had! He helped convince me to go with Floor Coverings International, and Oscar managed the project and the team, coming in person every day to ensure everything was going according to plan. I would highly recommend working with them. The project turned out just as we imagined and we could not be happier !

Great Experience from start to finish! Chris knew exactly what I wanted, he brought in 2 samples and nailed it with the first one. Installers did an amazing job and finished ahead of schedule. I could not be happier with the finished product! I would definitely use them again in the future.

Amazing experience from start to finish. They brought carpet samples directly to my home, measured the room, and had everything ordered and installed within a week. The carpet is waterproof and so soft—exactly what we wanted for our baby’s room. Everyone was kind, professional, and accommodating (even came on a Saturday). Fair pricing, outstanding service, and the owner was wonderful.
