From start to finish these guys were amazing. Chris helped us make a forward plan and gave us a very reasonable quote and made sure to check in with us after the project! Oscar our project manager was also fantastic to work with as he oversaw everything and kept us updated. I can't recommend these guys enough!

Kim was so easy to work with when we were looking for new carpet. Patient, knowledgeable, and offered advice. Installation could not have been better. Teo arrived timely, ready to work. Installation was done very quickly but NOT at a cost to quality work. Teo walked around after installation with me to ensure I was happy, had no complaints and wanted to make sure the furniture was where I wanted it. I will use them again in the future and would recommend to family, friends and neighbors.

We love our stair runner and Chris made the entire experience seamless. He worked with us over a few months while we decided what we wanted and went out of his way to find the perfect runner. We are absolutely in love with the end product. The guy who installed did an amazing job as well and asked us how we wanted it to look down to the little details that make a difference. Thank you!!!

Wow! It's been 6 years already, 5/5/2019 to be exact, since Reinel & his team from F.C.I.H.H. visited my mother's home in Houston. They removed old flooring & installed new wood flooring & tiles. Very Professional & friendly, punctual, & willing to listen & discuss our needs. Spring forward to 11/14/2025. My mother wanted to replace the 'transition' strip between rooms in 3 areas. Of course I contacted Reinel & he sent over one of his team to assess the job & showed up personally to ensure that everything was what we wanted. Chris Aboshear at Floor Coverings International of Houston Heights was informative, professional, and helped us make a great decision with an amazing product. Service was quickly scheduled and installation took less than a day and the crew (Oscar Paredes) was tidy and thorough. Floor Coverings International installed carpet and LVT at a commercial building I manage and did an amazing job. We are a 1921 built concrete floor building that required a lot of leveling and prep work, but the floors came out great. The crew was professional and courteous to our staff and other customers as we were open and operating during installation. They came in at a competitive price for the job and did a great job communicating throughout the project with any issues as they arose. We are working with them again soon when we have additional work done. The sales guy Chris Aboshear was great, easy to talk to and always available for any questions I had. Thank you guys!

Our insurance company commissioned Floor Coverings International the Heights due to flooding from a burst water heater. FCI was professional from the call to schedule the appointment to the inspection. During the inspection the process was explained and our questions answered. We asked them to do a quote. FCI brought out carpet and pad samples explaining the advantages of all options. We requested and then accepted their quote. We scheduled the carpet to be installed and the installers showed up on time, actually a little early. They worked hard the entire time. I commented on the floor squeaking and they went to their truck for deck screws and driver. They then located the squeaks and corrected them. Then returned to installing the carpet. After completion during the inspection they made sure the furniture was in the right place and move it if needed. We will definitely use them again on our next flooring project.
