"I cannot speak highly enough about the character I saw from this company. We had them out to give us a quote to tear out carpet and put down laminate in our family room. The sales rep (Austin) came out with a ton of samples for us to choose from. We decided to pull up a corner to get a better idea of what was underneath and it was parquet flooring. We decided we were going to just dump the carpet and refinish that. Austin was incredibly polite about it and even gave us tips for how to do it even though we weren't going through with new floors. 10/10 experience and should we decide to do any other flooring we will be using this company based on this alone."
