To add on to everything, he did the quote in my driveway (15 minutes), so no waiting. And the cherry on Top was that his guys came in, Did a quick quality job, with no issues, I will use these guys at the new place Thank you Michael !!!!!!!! "My experience with Ben and Floor Coverings International was exceptional. He was able to obtain significant discounts on the Nourison Carpet I desired including expedited shipping. Because of the design of the stair runner, other installers were reluctant to guarantee a high-end finished product. "We had a very positive experience with Floor Coverings International. Dwayne came out to discuss flooring options for my parents' kitchen and was punctual, professional, and very personable. He took the time to walk us through the different tile selections, answer our questions, and have a great conversation about the project. We were impressed with the options presented and appreciated his friendly, informative approach. Although we're still exploring our renovation plans, the consultation was a great experience. We appreciate Dwayne's time and the company's professionalism and would certainly recommend them to anyone considering new flooring."

"I recently had Floor Coverings International install new carpeting in my family room. The process was flawless from the time I called them to the installation . I couldn’t have been happier with every step of the process. My sales person, Gary, was friendly and accommodating from the time I met with him to go over the project. to the time I decided to move forward with them. I broke my ankle after deciding and this messed up my time frame for installation quite a bit . Gary was understanding and worked with my time frame which required flexibility for hospitalization, surgery , and numerous days that I was unavailable due to my injury. Upon installation, everything went smoothly with no issues whatsoever. I was pleasantly surprised that Gary was at my house immediately after to inspect how everything was done .upon installation. This was never done with other carpeting companies i’ve used. Overall , i could not have been happier with my decision to choose Floor Coverings International."
