"FCI did a superb job of replacing about 2,500 square feet of ceramic and carpet flooring in our home. From start to finish, the process was smooth, largely due to the professionalism and “customer first” attitude of David and his entire team. They reacted positively to direction from my wife, who took on the role of site quality manager! Endri handled the site management portion brilliantly, and showed off his skill in personally assisting and supervising the re-flooring of our half-spiral staircase, which now looks stunning. Installation of the ceramic tiles and laminate flooring was extremely well executed, and with close attention to detail.
