I got quotes for carpet replacement from a handful of companies and my experience with Alyssa was on a completely different level than the others. The pricing was superior, which is great, but the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish and that’s what really stood out. The initial at-home consultation was extremely convenient and Alyssa even brought my favorite samples by the house again so I could take another look when I had a hard time deciding. When the carpet I selected was backordered she kept me informed on a regular basis about its status, and when the install day arrived she was there first thing to make sure I was happy with the carpet once I saw it in person. The crew did a great job installing and they were in and out, so the turnaround time from chaos back to normal was quicker than anticipated. I never felt like Alyssa was selling me something, let alone upselling me, and her stellar communication and customer service is exactly how things should be but rarely are. I couldn’t be happier with how easy the process was and the end result is fabulous. Thanks for the amazing experience!

Excellent service. Alyssa helped me find the best combination of carpet and luxury vinyl flooring that worked within budget and looked great. The installation crew was also excellent and the quality of the flooring does not disappoint. No complaints, all praise.

I am very happy with the floor. The entire team was very professional, respectful and friendly. They handled my furniture with care. Also, when they finished, they cleaned everything. I would recommend Floor Coverings International Fortbend to anyone.

I wish there were more stars to give for floor coverings international. The management team from quoting stage to execution of the project were very thorough, kind and patient. There was never any high pressure sales tactics, only understanding my needs and providing full transparency on options, costs and timelines. The team were very helpful in providing advice for designs. The hands-on workers were absolute expert craftsmen and added small touches that made a big difference, for example ensuring the thresholds matched the flooring by carefully hand mixing the wood stain and also correcting minor details in the drywall that the original builders of the home installed. Everyone I worked with were excited to renovate my home and took a lot of pride in what they were doing. I sincerely appreciate you guys in your work and giving me a new home!

My wife and I contracted FCI Fort Bend to install 2800 sqft of LVP flooring in our new purchased home and we are in LOVE with them and FCI. Adam (the owner of FCI Fort Bend) was terrific to work with. He came to our home on two separate occasions to help us select flooring and baseboards. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. We received his quote , made payment, and signed off on the install all electronically which made the process seamless. Its nice to have a contractor that works with 21st century technology. Fabio (the installer) and his team were extremely respectful, tidy, professional, prompt, and good communicators. We always knew what time they would show up, what they planned to accomplish that day, and what time they were leaving. They always left the house in a clean state after the days work by taking out the trash, sweeping up, and staging the next days material. That extra effort was greatly appreciated. Adam would stop by on a daily basis to check on progress and make sure everything was going well. Overall, we would highly recommend FCI.
