They showed me areas of concern; we talked about how to resolve them — and I am over the moon happy with the results. Would use them again in a flash! "We are so happy with our new flooring and had a great experience with the entire team. Mike and Norma did a fantastic job from the very beginning. Mike took the time to explain everything, brought his mobile design truck to us, and offered thoughtful recommendations instead of simply showing us what we initially asked for. He really assessed the age and condition of our house and basement floor and helped us find a solution that was better suited to the space than what I originally thought would work. We ultimately chose glue-down luxury vinyl, and the team did an excellent job preparing our very old and uneven basement floor. They found the right approach to smooth everything out and get the surface exactly where it needed to be. Mike and Norma were also a huge help with the layout, design, and choosing colors that worked beautifully with the existing trim in our basement. Jose and Augustine handled the installation and did an absolutely outstanding job. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent. The transitions between rooms look beautiful, and they worked hard to make the floor as smooth and consistent as possible despite the age of the house and the uneven concrete underneath. While an old basement floor like ours could never be made perfectly level, they created a smooth finished surface that follows the existing floor beautifully. Throughout the entire process, the team was clean, professional, communicative, and happy to answer any questions we had.
