We recently got our floor installed by Floor Coverings International. The quality of work and professionalism was top notch. Linda the owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. Marcos her Rep was our first in person contact and walked us through the process and helped us with our Q&A as first time buyers in the market. Stephanie in the front office was also present at all times and assisted us with any questions. The team that came in to install our floor were professional and skilled. The attention to detail was outstanding. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the market. 5 stars!!

I write reviews only if the service or product is exceptionally bad or exceptionally good. All aspects of dealing with Floor Coverings International were exceptionally good, from the process of selecting this company to selecting the products to be installed to the actually installation. My house was victim to a water heater that burst and did extensive damage to vinyl flooring, carpeting and baseboards. Over a period of several months I solicited proposals from a number of companies and individuals, four of whom did on-site inspections of work to be done, including ServPro (the "like it never really happened" people). Despite not being constrained by cost restrictions, none provided an proposal. That led to more on-line research and discovering Floor Coverings International, a small company with outstanding reviews. My restoration work involved installation of luxury vinyl plank tiles to replace existing vinyl tiles and carpeting and also base boards, all of which had been removed by the company that did the mold mitigation. The installers were able to work around a freezer that had to be kept plugged in and a cabinet containing critical electronics for wifi and internet that had to be kept operational. The end result looks great. The process of dealing with co-owners Linda and Stephanie was pleasant and, throughout, both personal and professional. Without hesitation, I do recommend this company.

I contacted Floor Coverings International El Paso to have a floating floor in my dining room. From beginning to end I have only received excellent attention and care. The office manager, Stephanie took care to respond promptly to my questions and to arrange a visit to make a proposal. A design associate, Marco Puentes, made everything possible to adapt to my schedule. He came, he paid attention to the explanation of the project I had in mind, he advised me of different solutions and made all the necessary phone calls to accomplish my needs in the short timeframe I gave him. A particular fact that called my attention was that I had in mind a baseboard that was not in their catalogue. It was going to be difficult to find it in the short time I gave him to do the job. I agreed to have a baseboard in their catalogue and to my surprise they managed to find the one I desired and install it at no extra cost. Edgar, the installer, did an excellent job as well. Summarizing, Floor Coverings International did not care only for doing business but they cared for my needs. Really impressive.

Excellent experience. Marco came over, did the measurements, showed samples and gave us a quote. He was very professional and charismatic. Stephanie maintained communication throughout the process and was always helpful and available. The installation was done in a single day and we are very happy with it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for flooring needs and will definitely be hiring again for future projects
