I had the pleasure to work with Floor Coverings Int'l to tile front porch and back patio of the house. I've to admit that it was an amazing experience overall! Mr. Muthu responded quickly, and came to my place to take the measurements on a holiday to match my convenience. In fact, he came through a referral, and it was a great pick. He was very professional, honest, thorough and always responded quickly to my needs. He recommended some of the best options to match my budget, but later when the tiles were backordered by the manufacturer, he provided suitable alternatives. He even went ahead to absorb some of the extra costs in picking a more pricier product as my replacement. Floor Coverings showed extra care to my queries, and were able to finish off the project within the agreed timeframe and budget. The install crew was meticulous, and they did a stunning job! I would highly recommend Muthu and this company for anyone looking for a remodeling project (floorings, carpets, etc.). Floor Coverings International East Austin did a fabulous job for us! They worked to match our existing vinyl plank flooring exactly and kept us informed on when the installation could be done. The installers arrived when expected and did a beautiful job taking up the carpet, prepping the foundation and laying the vinyl plank. If you are needing quality flooring on a very reasonable timeline, we definitely recommend Muthu and his team.
