"My husband and I are very impressed by the care given (in craftsmanship and communication) by the team from Floor Coverings International of Champaign in removing and reinstalling the tiles in our master bath shower to repair a leak. The owner Calvin was very thorough from initial intake (understanding our desired outcome) through final walk-through and at every stage in between. The team even went above and beyond by caulking the baseboards adjacent to the shower to ensure there would be no water damage outside the shower. The personalized touches (e.g. homemade cinnamon rolls as a thank you for being their customer), clear communication and craftsmanship (even my family member who is an architect was iimpressed!) made for a great experience.
