I found Preston at Floor Coverings International via Google. I had issues with a vinyl floor installation done over 5 years ago and was looking to have someone repair the existing floor. I had several people over to look at the job and give me quotes but I did not feel comfortable with them. When I found Floor Coverings International I gave them a call and spoke with the owner Preston. He came out the same day and told me the pros and cons of what they could do to remedy my issue. He promptly sent over the quote and gave me ample time to make my decision with no pressure. Once I accepted the bid he was able to get over with his crew when I was available days later. His crew of 4 was very professional and went straight to work. It was a pretty major fix and they were able to complete everything the same day. The whole process of dealing with Floor Coverings International was pleasant and I am happy with the work they did. My floors are now good as new and should last many years to come. Preston is great to deal with, easy to talk, does what he says he will do and is very professional. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a flooring company.

Preston squeezed us in the same day at 7pm- much appreciated! He could've told us we should get a whole new floor, but instead, he gave professional AND personal advice that we should leave well enough alone and just cover a structurally sound problem area with a rug! That's integrity.
