Preston was responsive, knowledgeable and professional. He met us at our home with samples of carpet to match what we were keeping. He found something at the right price. His crew was very respectful of our home, they left it clean and the carpet looks amazing!

We purchased replacement carpet for four of the rooms in our house. The installation was fast efficient and followed by a thorough cleanup. The installation crew moved the furniture out of their way, laid the carpet, then restored the furniture back the way it had been. The furniture handling we particularly liked since it involved a couple of file cabinets and a good size safe. If we have occasion to get more carpet we will be sure to use FCI-Clearlake .

Preston and his team did tremendous work to repair tile that had been cracked. The did the work fast and at a great price. I would recommend them to all my friends and family in the future.

Preston provided excellent customer service and explained the flooring options in detail. I was very happy to have a great price as well as a beautiful product installed on my family member’s behalf! Would highly recommend! Preston went above and beyond, and even offered to drop off flooring samples at my home, for me to avoid an hour round trip for to meet him at the installation location. I was fine with the sample photos and declined that offer, but it said a lot about his customer service mindset to go the extra mile! Great value, and their estimate beat out other contractors’ who had lower quality of customer service.
