Team showed up as planned and got straight to work on my spare bedroom . They quickly removed the old carpet and padding. The new carpet was installed efficiently with minimum noise. The area was left clean. I am very pleased with the results and all under an hour. Definitely recommend this company.

Preston Dumas, the owner of Floor Coverings International-Clear Lake, is a customer-centric professional. He is very courteous and a great communicator. He came to my home with a myriad of flooring samples and explained all the available flooring options for my particular needs. He didn't try to sell me on the most expensive items and, in fact, the option I chose was on the lower end of the price range. My new flooring was ordered and installed within a week. The team, Omar, Francisco Sr. and Francisco Jr., were able to remove the old carpet and replace with new pad and carpet in one afternoon; 2 bedrooms with walk-in closets, upstairs landing and staircase with landing. They are hard-working, efficient, and even moved all the heavy furniture around in order to complete the job. This company is competitively priced and I would happily recommend Floor Covering International for all of your future flooring needs. YOU WON'T BE SORRY!

I recently had vinyl flooring installed in my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Three professionals arrived on time, were courteous, and worked efficiently from start to finish. Their craftsmanship was excellent, and the finished floor looks beautiful. What impressed me the most was the owner's dedication. He stopped by several times throughout the project to supervise the work, answer questions, and make sure everything was completed to a high standard before the team left. That level of customer service is hard to find. The price was very reasonable for the quality of work provided. I am extremely happy with my new floor and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and high-quality flooring installation.

I had an outstanding experience with Floor Coverings International from start to finish! Preston was absolutely amazing. His knowledge, professionalism, honesty, and exceptional customer service made the entire process stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions, provided great recommendations, and never made me feel pressured. Omar did an incredible job managing the installation process. The installation team was prompt, efficient, respectful of my home, and paid close attention to every detail. They removed and reinstalled the carpet in my master bedroom, game room, and two hallways, and the finished product looks fantastic. They even moved my entire bedroom set and returned every piece to its proper place, which I truly appreciated. What impressed me even more was Omar’s willingness to go above and beyond. He noticed a broken piece on my headboard that had been damaged before they arrived and took the time to fix it without hesitation and did not charge me, also he provided the same gesture to my flooring upstairs. That level of care and customer service is hard to find these days. Their pricing was also very competitive and significantly better than several other companies I considered, making the value even greater. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for quality flooring, outstanding customer service, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers. Very pleased with FCI. Preston gave me a good selection to pick from with no pressure to pick the more expensive carpet. His installation people worked with me having adjust install date and the installers were courteous and very professional. Have no problem recommending them.
