Preston came to our home after a great conversation about our floor troubles. He was kind, attentive, and honest. We went over our options and happily scheduled service. He and his team were super flexible working around our schedules and all that we had going on. The floors turned out amazing!! They moved all large furniture and put it back as it was. I have nothing but positive things to say about the process. They were on time, worked hard, and everyone was polite! My only negative comment would be that they had to cut and replace the trim pieces and did so on our back patio which resulted in a large sawdust mess on all furniture and rugs we have. Preston did offer to have them come back and clean up however the day they came back for a minor repair it down poured so the mess is now a little harder to clean and will be done by us. If they had done it in the front yard it would have just blown into grass and down the road. But I would highly recommend Preston and his team and definitely give my floors a 10/10! No job is perfect but this was about as close as we could have asked for!

The company recently removed carpet from my bedroom and closet area. Wood floors were installed in the bedroom; vinyl tile was installed in the closet area. I am delighted with the finished product. In addition to the excellent work, I was impressed with the professionalism of the entire crew. Communication from the initial bid through completion was clear and concise. In conclusion, I highly recommend this company.

Team showed up as planned and got straight to work on my spare bedroom . They quickly removed the old carpet and padding. The new carpet was installed efficiently with minimum noise. The area was left clean. I am very pleased with the results and all under an hour. Definitely recommend this company.

Preston Dumas, the owner of Floor Coverings International-Clear Lake, is a customer-centric professional. He is very courteous and a great communicator. He came to my home with a myriad of flooring samples and explained all the available flooring options for my particular needs. He didn't try to sell me on the most expensive items and, in fact, the option I chose was on the lower end of the price range. My new flooring was ordered and installed within a week. The team, Omar, Francisco Sr. and Francisco Jr., were able to remove the old carpet and replace with new pad and carpet in one afternoon; 2 bedrooms with walk-in closets, upstairs landing and staircase with landing. They are hard-working, efficient, and even moved all the heavy furniture around in order to complete the job. This company is competitively priced and I would happily recommend Floor Covering International for all of your future flooring needs. YOU WON'T BE SORRY!

I recently had vinyl flooring installed in my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Three professionals arrived on time, were courteous, and worked efficiently from start to finish. Their craftsmanship was excellent, and the finished floor looks beautiful. What impressed me the most was the owner's dedication. He stopped by several times throughout the project to supervise the work, answer questions, and make sure everything was completed to a high standard before the team left. That level of customer service is hard to find. The price was very reasonable for the quality of work provided.
