Preston and his crew did a wonderful job on our floors. They were easy to work with, did a beautiful job on the floors, and were respectful and careful with our home. The tile work is truly a work of art. Joe and Brett are certainly talented craftsmen. They matched the new tile up with the existing floor perfectly. I would highly recommend them for any flooring needs. We will enjoy our new flooring for many years to come. Thank you.

I recently had a flooring installation project completed, and I was genuinely impressed with the entire process. Omar was the foreman and project lead, and Preston, the owner, handled the lead quality-control side of things. Both of them were straightforward, professional, and transparent from start to finish. There was no sales-game nonsense, no confusion about what was happening, and no feeling like I had to chase anyone down to make sure the job was being done right. The quality of the installation was excellent. The crew clearly took care with the details — the layout, cuts, transitions, and overall finish all looked clean and well thought out. They treated the project like it mattered, and that showed in the final result. I’ve had several home projects completed recently, and this is the only one that finished the agreed scope on time and did not require additional visits to fix, complete, or explain anything after the fact. That alone separates them from a lot of contractors. Omar did a great job leading the work on site, and Preston’s involvement on quality control gave me confidence that the project was being watched closely and handled the right way. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a flooring installer who cares about the quality of the work, communicates clearly, and actually follows through.

We had an amazing experience with Preston and host team at Floor Coverings International. From the initial in home visit, we knew that this company was different. No rushing to make a choice, no hard sales pitch, Preston really took the time to understand the needs of our family and our home. He not only had the samples for us to see in person, but many photos of the same floor in other customers’ homes and a virtual tool to see what it would look like in ours. Pricing was great and he made it very easy to say YES! From the time we signed the agreement it was only a few days before our flooring was ready to install. The installation team was the absolute best! They were so respectful of us, our home and our neighbors. From moving our furniture, leveling the foundation, installing the underpayment and flooring, to moving everything back and cleaning up after themselves. Yes, I said they cleaned up after, which we have not always had with other vendors who have worked on and around our home. Oh and they took the time to remove our toilet and pedestal sink in the bathroom rather than just installing around them so we have a seamless look. Pardon the mess in my before photos, but I wanted to share what an amazing transformation FCIi made in my home. And it was such an incredible experience, I HIGHLY recommend that you consider them if you’re updating your floors. At least give Preston a chance to come in and give you “The Preston Experience!”
