Preston and his team did tremendous work to repair tile that had been cracked. The did the work fast and at a great price. I would recommend them to all my friends and family in the future.

Preston provided excellent customer service and explained the flooring options in detail. I was very happy to have a great price as well as a beautiful product installed on my family member’s behalf! Would highly recommend! Preston went above and beyond, and even offered to drop off flooring samples at my home, for me to avoid an hour round trip for to meet him at the installation location. I was fine with the sample photos and declined that offer, but it said a lot about his customer service mindset to go the extra mile! Great value, and their estimate beat out other contractors’ who had lower quality of customer service.

Preston and his company were warm and professional from the moment we met . They were eager to listen and satisfy my wants and needs. I felt as if I were in good hands all along the way. They.were time efficient, and cleaned up as they went along. They finished on time and were even concerned about my cat being frightened of compressor. I would recommend to everyone. Preston came to our home after a great conversation about our floor troubles. He was kind, attentive, and honest. We went over our options and happily scheduled service. He and his team were super flexible working around our schedules and all that we had going on. The floors turned out amazing!! They moved all large furniture and put it back as it was. I have nothing but positive things to say about the process. They were on time, worked hard, and everyone was polite! My only negative comment would be that they had to cut and replace the trim pieces and did so on our back patio which resulted in a large sawdust mess on all furniture and rugs we have. Preston did offer to have them come back and clean up however the day they came back for a minor repair it down poured so the mess is now a little harder to clean and will be done by us. If they had done it in the front yard it would have just blown into grass and down the road. But I would highly recommend Preston and his team and definitely give my floors a 10/10! No job is perfect but this was about as close as we could have asked for!
